What this job involves:

General Responsibilities

  • Providing detailed financial and schedule reports utilizing our PM software platform or other reporting platforms or templates

Leadership & Communication

  • Key PGO/PMO function focused on delivery excellence and positioned to provide key project-related updates to the Client at any given time. Single POC for the Capital Management Client for project status updates, acting as the main communication conduit between the Client and the Project Team.
  • Regular liaison with on-account Program Management team, Project Team consultants (where required)
  • Providing strategic oversight and guidance to Project Managers ensuring successful delivery of projects that align with the client goals.
  • Ensure close working relationship and coordination with other JLL functions on-account (Transaction Management, WorkPlace Design, Operations, Engineering etc.) to drive consistent approach, messaging and efficient delivery – OneJLL.
  • Define, communicate, and coordinate project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and WorkPplace Design ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Develop, implement and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies and best practices to ensure effective project execution across the team.
  • Oversee resource allocation and utilization across project management team ensuring optimal team performance and effective use of resources.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings with project managers providing support and direction to address challenges and facilitate project success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, contractors ensuring collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
  • Understand the client’s key business drivers, focus the delivery team to ensure those priorities are aligned with our deliverables.
  • Maintain an understanding of the Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services, to provide opportunities for additional value. Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organization.
  • Client/Stakeholder Management

Financial Management

  • Responsible for tracking and monitoring regional project CapEx providing guidance and oversight to Program Managers, where required, to facilitate the accurate and transparent management of projects within the approved CapEx budget.
  • In collaboration with the PMO Lead develop the resource plan based on the project pipeline to ensure ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to the contract financial requirements.
  • Support the budget development process, to advise any inclusions or exclusions for consideration.
  • Responsible for driving the teams to achieve specific key performance indicators (KPI’s), service levels and other measures, as contracted.
  • Ensure programme management and admin teams are keeping Client and JLL project management information management systems up to date, to facilitate accurate reporting.

Operations

  • Support project-level reporting, ensuring Program Managers are providing timely and accurate updates on their projects, overseeing inputs into technology platforms and management reporting to Capital Management Client
  • Responsible for using the available technology systems to support service delivery and ensure the required reporting from the systems.
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of governance and processes for the account.
  • Input into the development, implementation and management regional initiatives and programs for the account
  • Help to drive client specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking and best practices
  • Source, transfer and implement best practices to the account
  • Drive regional consistency in the account e.g. in project delivery, reporting, standard operating procedures and systems.
  • Ensure consistency in the monthly reporting across managed projects.

We now have a brand new opportunity for a Lead Project Audio Visual Subject Matter Expert / Lead Service Engineer to support the remote commissioning of systems and lead the Project SME team in APAC, serving as the primary technical support contact throughout project delivery.

This role combines hands-on support with leadership, ensuring efficient task management and fostering strong partnerships with Project Managers and clients' technical teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Guide a team of Project SMEs in APAC, supporting technical tasks assigned by Project Managers.
  • Mentor and train team members, promoting skills growth and technical knowledge through regular training sessions.
  • Lead team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions, aligning the team with best practices, global standards, and processes.
  • Organize work shifts to support projects globally, balancing workload effectively.

  • Accurately capture and enter asset information into the online platform provided internally or by the client.
  • Configure systems including QCS, APC, Crestron, and network devices.

  • Provide in-depth remote troubleshooting and advanced fault finding.
  • Support Project Managers in delivering projects within the project timeline.
  • Communicate with local and global teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to gain technical knowledge for successful project delivery.
  • Regularly meet with the global team to share knowledge and plan resources.


Skills and experience:

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams, focusing on performance improvement.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical details to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Modern Workspace Technologies, with an emphasis on Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco Webex.
  • Possess sufficient knowledge of CMD and PowerShell.
  • Networking knowledge to fault find audio and video conference networks. e.g. Dante audio and Multicast video streams
  • Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from major brands.
  • Understanding of Network Concepts & Protocols.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams & Teams Rooms, and Microsoft Pro Portal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in IP technologies and support or service desk environments.
  • Up-to-date understanding of the AV marketplace, including products and trends.
  • Ability to read and work with schematic drawings.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work as part of a global team and independently.
  • Ability to multitask, work proactively, and enhance quality continuously.

  • Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from major brands.
  • Understanding of Network Concepts & Protocols.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams & Teams Rooms, and Microsoft Pro Portal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in IP technologies and support or service desk environments.
  • Up-to-date understanding of the AV marketplace, including products and trends.
  • Ability to read and work with schematic drawings.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Evidence of ability to communicate complex issues to service users and other stakeholders, in an effective and clear style
  • Flexible and adaptive to changes, Familiar with computer software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, Global Accounts . This role will help shape the future of Agoda’s Key Accounts supply pillar by driving its growth and optimization to the next level. As a critical bridge between our Key Accounts team and senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction and ensure the team is aligned with Agoda’s broader objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and influence the long-term strategy of Agoda’s Key Accounts in the supply space. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on execution capabilities.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

Strategy & Direction:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for the Key Accounts team to guide future growth and optimization.
  • Build tailored, chain-specific strategies to empower account management teams in driving performance and achieving their goals.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into compelling narratives and business cases, and present findings to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.

Execution & Operational Excellence:

  • Act as a trusted problem-solver, providing proactive support to account management teams in navigating day-to-day challenges.
  • Drive the execution of high-impact projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Develop and enhance tools, processes, and metrics to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the availability of accurate data and analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Be hands-on when needed, ensuring the quality and timeliness of outputs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between Key Account Managers and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
  • Collaborate across functions, including product, marketing, finance, and operations, to execute strategic initiatives and address key challenges.
  • Identify and address needs from the Key Accounts team and transform them into actionable initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Agoda departments

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 6–8 years in management consulting or strategy-focused roles, ideally in e-commerce, OTAs, or travel.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.
