**Responsibilities**
+ Assist to lead and supervise Project / Modification team in carrying out the project programmes
+ Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
+ Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
+ Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
+ Quality, Safety and cost control are required
**Requirements**
+ Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical, Electronic Engineering courses or equivalent
+ 4-5 years' project management experience in lift/elevator industry
+ Strong sense of responsibility
+ Able to work under pressure
+ Good time management
+ Good interpersonal and communication skill
+ Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
+ Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Engineer
+ Fresh graduate welcome

As Project Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. You’ll lead a dynamic team within a collaborative sales environment and report directly to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project sales team within a 6-member sales department
- Maintain and grow relationships with developers, architects, designers, and other B2B clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Conduct regular client visits to present product offerings and provide professional consultation
- Prepare and manage tender documents and sample submissions
- Handle customer, vendor, and internal communications with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email
- Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Director
- Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
- Minimum 3 years of project sales experience in lighting or related industries
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of technical specifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- We are looking for PROJECT SALES MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Report to Sales Director
- Work in Sales team of 6 members
- Lead project sales team to maintain existing customers such as developers, architects & designers; as well as develop new potential B2B customers and opportunities.
- Provide professional product information and sales services to clients
- Regular visits to clients to introduce Company's products to develop business and expand customer base
- Identify and realize the sales opportunities
- Manage tender documents and samples submissions
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Sales Director
- Degree holder or above is preferable
- 3+ year project sales experience in lighting or related
- Well organized to handle multiple projects
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications
- Ability to handle customers, vendors, representatives and in-house complaints professionally and in a timely manner
- Strong ability to respond to calls and emails in a timely manner
- 5 days work

- Provide technical leadership in plastic injection molding, product engineering, and materials selection
- Ensure all products meet global toy safety and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, cost efficiency, and time-to-market
- Mentor and develop project engineers and managers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning for engineering operations
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical and production issues
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in toy project engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in plastic toy development, including tooling, prototyping, and mass production
- Familiarity with plush toy development is a plus
- Strong understanding of international toy safety and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency highly preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently to factories in Shenzhen and occasionally Southeast Asia
- 5 days work week
