**Your day at NTT DATA**
The Senior Associate Client Project Manager is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard.
This role may also be involved in larger-scale projects supervised by a Senior Project and/or Program Manager.
The primary responsibility of the Senior Associate Client Project Manager is to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations (whether internal to the organization or into the client's support operations).
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Interfaces with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.
+ Contributes to the pre-sales process by providing proposals.
+ Ensures that the project delivers the as-sold solution, remains within baseline budget, and is delivered on time while achieving quality criteria and maintaining client satisfaction.
+ Manages client satisfaction, commitment, and expectations to high service levels and manage escalations adequately.
+ Manages the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that client requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and deliverables are achieved.
+ Ensures effective project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
+ Performs any other related task as required.

**Academic qualifications and certifications:**

+ Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required.
+ ITIL certification is beneficial.
**Required experience:**
+ Moderate level project management experience preferably in a multinational professional services environment.
+ Moderate level client engagement experience.
+ Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.
+ Demonstrated competency in project change management.
+ Moderate level experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.

  • Main customers : global fast food chain, major retailers, international toy brands
  • We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER - with details as follows :
The Job
  • Lead and manage plush toy development projects from concept to delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams: design, engineering, compliance, production, and logistics
  • Liaise with international clients to understand project requirements and timelines
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with US and EU toy safety standards
  • Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates
  • Support product testing, quality assurance, and packaging development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience focus in plush toys
  • Strong knowledge of plush toy manufacturing processes and safety standards
  • Experience working with US-based clients and global retailers is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Good communications in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel to factories in Shenzhen and Southeast Asia when required
  • 5 days work

Position: Project Manager (toy manufacturer - top-tier customers across the fast food, retail, and toy brands).

Role Overview
  • Independently manage assigned plastic toy projects
  • Coordinate with customers and Shenzhen factory throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead one of the Project Teams based in the Shenzhen office
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality standards for each project
Responsibilities

Your Role

Lead watch projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with clients, designers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle watch development projects

  • Maintain and grow relationships with developers, architects, designers, and other B2B clients
