This position is at Market Analysis & Research Team, Consumer Insight Analytics.
Major responsibilities:
- Drive primary market research efforts by designing questionnaires, setting up online survey platforms, analyzing data (both quantitative and qualitative), and delivering comprehensive reports.
- Leverage customer data collected from multiple sources (internal and external) where possible to contextualize research findings and deliver actionable insights
- Assist in the management of ongoing external research projects through collaboration with external research agencies.
- Explore new or alternative tools/ platforms for more effective insight discovery
- Support the functionality of online platforms including online surveys, online communities, and live chat groups.
To succeed in this role:
- University graduate in Market Research, Statistics or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in market research / analysis
- Expertise in quantitative research and statistical analysis, also experience with qualitative design methodologies
- Effective communication in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Computer proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge or experience on online survey application e.g. HumanListening, Survey Monkey, or Qualtrics, andAccess, Thinkcell, SPSS would be an advantage
- Good presentation skills and analytical mind
- Database knowledge is a plus

The challenge is to:
- Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and evolve the long-term Retail Media strategy, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities and growth targets
- Commercial Planning & Business Cases: Build business cases for new revenue streams, partnerships, and commercial models using data and financial analysis
- Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct deep market research and competitive benchmarking to identify whitespace and guide positioning
- Client Strategy & Advisory: Support sales and client teams with strategic input, pitch development, and advisory client engagements
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, shaping their Retail Media strategy and identifying upsell opportunities
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate across Product, Tech, Ad Ops, and Data to translate strategic plans into executable initiatives
- Thought Leadership & Enablement: Create internal playbooks, thought leadership, and sales enablement materials to position DFI-Q Media as a Retail Media leader
Do you have experience in Strategy Planning?
- 4–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business development
- Master's degree in business, finance or marketing; MBA degree preferred
- Past consulting experience in digital marketing, digital transformations within the retail / consumer goods sector is preferred
- Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills required – being to develop clear and well-structured storylines and present complex data into visually compelling graphs for senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with experience developing data-driven recommendations and business cases
- Experience developing advanced excel models including business plans and financial projections
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; able to align and influence key stakeholders and senior management teams across the group
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and sufficient level of maturity to present to senior management
- Preferred/Bonus:
- Understanding of the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem (e.g. RMN platforms and CMS solutions like Criteo and Flipkart, Google Marketing Platforms, Salesforce, Braze, Meta, TradeDesk) is a strong advantage

- Proven experience in the Sales Strategy, Analytics and Planning, preferably with exposure to the banking industry
- Details oriented with creative mindset, Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
- Strong business acumen and marketing sense, with good communication, analytical and project management skills as well as sound knowledge of application software
- Excellent ability to gather data, visualize, connect the dots and storytelling
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Retail Management Trainee Program (18 months)
The Retail Management Trainee (RMT) Program at Ralph Lauren is a dynamic, hands-on development program designed to cultivate future leaders in retail. Over 18 months, trainees will gain immersive experience in all aspects of store operations, including sales, visual merchandising, client engagement, inventory management, and team leadership. Upon successful completion, trainees will be eligible for promotion to leadership roles within Ralph Lauren’s retail network.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the Ralph Lauren brand ethos and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Rotate through key retail functions, including sales, operations, and merchandising.
- Develop leadership skills by coaching and motivating team members.
- Analyze business performance and contribute to store strategies.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree holders (or equivalent experience) or early-career professionals with 1-2 years of retail/customer service experience.
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and the Ralph Lauren brand.
- Strong leadership potential, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
