We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager with business savvy, customer network and technical background necessary to help establishing AWS as a key technology platform provider.
Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities for new digital native accounts for AWS. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong connections with FSI companies, proven track record for acquiring new business, hunting and business development capabilities, and technical selling, along with the ability to show a deep understanding around how CXO, software developers, cloud architects speak and think.
This individual should be prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets, and should be able to show a track record of building and closing new business opportunities.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- Proven track record of territory growth and quota attainment, covering large FSI enterprises in Hong Kong with complex deals engagement experience.
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, Experience working with cloud technologies or MIS a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter, able to work independently and autonomously across functional teams within a matrix organization and the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to drive successful customer outcomes, often in an ambiguous environment
