• Design graphics for various marketing campaigns and functions.
• Develop zone planning for new and existing stores and issue display guidelines.
• Monitor and customize display fixtures, assist in setting up new shops and events.
• Conduct regular store visits to maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Provide VM & display training to retail staff.

• Diploma or Degree in Art or a design-related discipline.
• At least 1 year of visual merchandising experience in retail, preferably in fashion retail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of 3D & digital graphic design is an advantage.
• Creative and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Visual Merchandiser role.

Responsibilities

• Visual Merchandising: Elevate in-store experiences with innovative designs and layouts which tell the story of Lomography and our products
• Digital Design: Craft visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for our brand websites, online stores and social media including banners, newsletters, and other key visuals.
• Print Design: Conceptualize and create catalogs, posters, postcards and other promotional materials which resonate with the brand.
• Events & Exhibitions: Play an integral role in designing and executing Lomography events, ensuring exceptional presentation of the key values and heritage of the brand.
• Photography: Take captivating mood shots and photographs using our products, ensuring they reflect the essence of our products and the brand.
  
  
  

• Proficient in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• A portfolio that showcases a diverse skill set in design and photography.
• Passion for and knowledge of Lomography and analogue photography is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

We are looking for merchandising talents with apparel/garment background joining our TAL family. The incumbent shall provide one-stop merchandising services to designated clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide managerial leadership to Merchandising team and coordinate with teams to attract, setup, and serve new/existing customers.
• Collaborate with supporting teams to source suitable fabric and trims to fulfill customers’ needs.
• Develop and improve products to grow TAL’s and the customers’ business
• Provide samples and info (costing, marketing material) to attract new business
• Prepare Time & Action Plan. Ensure materials, systems, products are ready
• Reserve adequate capacity for bulk production
• Prepare annual budget and closely monitor to meet / exceed the approved budget
• Promote TAL as the Supplier of Choice to our customers
• Foster a healthy customer relationship and also cross-functional relationship

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Fashion &Textile
• At least 8-10 years of working experience in merchandising in apparel and garment industry in which at least 3 years in managerial level
• Experience in woven and knit product
• Exposure in US market is preferred
• Good team player with can-do attitude
• Able to work under pressure and meet dead-lines
• Embrace the usage of various systems to manage our operations
• Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to travel

Position
