**Who will you be working with?**

As a member of the CS Operations and Maintenance team, you will be responsible for handling, maintaining, repairing and installing electrical / mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic equipment in MTRC premises.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Form 5 / electrical / mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic related certificates, or proven experience or training
+ Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) and/or Gantry crane operator and/or forklift operator is a definite advantage.
+ HK driving license 2 is preferred.
+ Fluency in Cantonese and English.
+ Responsible, independent, hardworking and self-motivated.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Handling, maintaining, repairing and installing electrical / mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic equipment in MTRC premises
+ Maintain good communication with various stakeholders to ensure overall works progress as scheduled.

The Job

  • Report to Senior Service Manager
  • Team work in Service team of 8-10 service engineers/technicians
  • You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medical equipment and products on-site in hospitals, healthcare centres and elderly centres.etc in Hong Kong
  • Perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of Company's range of medical equipment.
  • Conduct routine scheduled servicing (both preventative and reactive).
  • Ensure systems are installed to full working capacity, and operators are informed about operating and emergency procedures.
  • Provide technical solutions professionally and within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts in the service ERP system.
  • Uphold safety and integrity standards for all serviced products in accordance with company policies.
  • Diploma in Engineering / Building Services.or related
  • 2+ year technical/service/engineering experience in any products preferably in machinery/equipment/devices
  • Experience in building services / E&M engineering will also be suitable
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Product training will be provided
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 14 days

  • Perform installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing of Company's range of medical equipment.
  • Conduct routine scheduled servicing (both preventative and reactive).
  • Ensure systems are installed to full working capacity, and operators are informed about operating and emergency procedures.
  • Provide technical solutions professionally and within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts in the service ERP system.
  • Uphold safety and integrity standards for all serviced products in accordance with company policies.
  • Diploma in Engineering / Building Services.or related
  • 2+ year technical/service/engineering experience in any products preferably in machinery/equipment/devices
  • Experience in building services / E&M engineering will also be suitable
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Product training will be provided
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 14 days

Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot BMS for cooling systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on BMS operations.
  • Document service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
  • Higher diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC/BMS.
  • REW A certification or above.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
