- We are seeking SOURCING & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER - with details as follows :
- We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead the sourcing and qualification of new vendor factories across Southeast Asia.
- This role is instrumental to the Company’s growth and diversification strategy, focusing on identifying reliable partners capable of producing high-quality watch components and complete timepieces in alignment with our technical and brand standards.
- Identify and source high-potential watch manufacturers in key Southeast Asian markets such as Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
- Lead factory qualification processes including on-site audits, capability assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Evaluate vendor production capacity, quality assurance systems, technical capabilities, and readiness for ODM/OEM collaboration.
- Negotiate pricing, lead time, and performance terms aligned with production targets and Company standards.
- Build a vendor database and performance tracking system for continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Ensure that vendors comply with ethical sourcing, sustainability, and labor standards.
- Drive strategic supplier development initiatives to increase flexibility, innovation, and speed to market.
- Tertiary education preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years work experience in watch industry
- Exposure to vendor development, sourcing, or factory evaluation in watch industry
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing ecosystem and supplier landscape in Southeast Asia.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Knowledge of watch production and quality control processes
- Confident with vendor audits, technical assessments, and negotiation
- Resourceful, detail-driven, and culturally adaptable
- Business trips to Asia Pacific region for site visits and vendor meetings.
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus

DistrictOne (D1) focuses on formal wear for premium retail brands and is supported by well-established factories in Vietnam, Thailand and Ethiopia. The Material Sourcing Director is responsible for defining and executing the material sourcing strategy that aligns with D1’s business direction. The role drives continuous improvement projects, ensuring material services that attract and secure customer orders while supporting overall business targets.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the VP of Merchandising, define and propose a 3-year material sourcing strategy that integrates customer requirements, internal stakeholder needs and company-wide objectives.
- Analyse and respond to market trends, supplier dynamics and industry developments.
- Allocate business amongst qualified suppliers in line with product ranges, price ranges, production capability and capacity, and quality performance.
- Actively manage and strengthen supplier relationships, establishing mutual understanding and alignment on expectations.
- Negotiate and agree with suppliers on cost, payment terms and delivery lead times.
- Partner closely with factory procurement teams on material development and pre-production issues. Assist on liaising with the supplier to resolve issues when required.
- Proactively communicate with factory management to understand concerns with material supply and seek to address these in the material category strategy.
- Drive continuous improvements in the material sourcing process and updating the standard material procurement process when required.
- Act as subject matter expert on materials, advising internal customers on fabric and trims issues and arranging basic or in-depth material training as needed.
- Lead and develop the Material Team, establishing collaborative processes, setting goals and conducting regular performance and development reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
- Min of 15 years work experience in material management in the apparel industry
- Experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing and negotiating supplier agreements
- Strong understanding of market trends, supplier capabilities, material quality standards and procurement processes
- Excellent network and relationships with a wide range of mills
- Technical knowledge of materials, both fabric and trims, including the manufacturing process
- Proven leadership, people management and team development skills
- Strong business communication and cross functional collaboration skills.

About the Role
We are looking for candidate who will be responsible for i) Primary focus in leading and managing the supplier engagements for Consulting Services across AIA globally; ii) Developing and executing the sourcing and supplier management strategy for Consulting Services, and other assigned categories; and iii) Execution of category plan, sourcing activities and cost management initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Primary focus is to lead the sourcing of various categories including marketing, human resources, travel/MICE, and some technology contracts
Supervise sourcing activities and strategies for other categories as assigned
Actively drive and direct Sourcing category plan and Key Supplier Management across different departments at Headquarter and local country teams
Responsible for sourcing execution including but not limited to internal requirement analysis, supply market analysis, sourcing strategy development, competitive bidding process, negotiation and contract review
Manage and collaborate with people at all levels, including senior management of business units and external vendors.
Ensure compliance to policies
Prepare Sourcing Management Reports for top managements with data input and analysis with insights
Support transformation projects to bring Sourcing function to best in class
University graduate with relevant advanced degree or professional certification such as CIPS/CPSM would be of advantage
Over 10 years of experience in managing Consulting Services end-to-end sourcing with high spend strategic negotiations of relevant procurement categories, at strategic level in international financial institutes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to present and influence with top level internal and external parties
Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive cross functional team
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Asian language skills would be an advantage

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Supply Chain Director to lead our overseas on-demand supply chain operations, specifically catering to the fast fashion industry. Key Responsibilities:

- Overseas Operations Management: Build and manage an on-demand supply chain network in key international markets, particularly in Europe, to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of orders.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure reliability and quality in the supply chain.
- Capacity Management: Oversee the planning and management of production to ensure they align with demand forecasts and business objectives. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize capacity utilization.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process, implementing changes to enhance performance and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external clients to provide updates on supply chain performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain management, experience in the European fast fashion industry is preferred.
- Global Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, with a deep understanding of the European market.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a track record of developing and mentoring junior staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
