• HDL coding experience is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate and contribute to physical layer (PHY) algorithm design and system verifications in ASTRI's 5G/6G R&D projects. Engage in activities include the followings:
  • Perform theoretical analysis
  • Conduct computer-aided simulation / analysis
  • Participate in design and review sessions
  • Design and develop standard compliance verification systems
  • Contribute to ASTRI's patent portfolio
  • Provide system support for DSP and FPGA implementation
  • Provide system support for protocol stack integration
  • Track and analyze evolvement of latest standard (e.g. 5G and beyond, V2X, IoT, unlicensed and shared spectrum)
  • Physical layer (PHY) algorithm design and performance simulations
  • Provide technical contribution towards proprietary or public air interface specifications

Job Requirements:

• Graduate withaBachelor’s, Master or a PhD degree in STEM-related disciplines such as Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering and Mathematics or relevant disciplinesis welcome to apply.
• Successfully completed the undergraduate and/or postgraduate program
• Experience in MATLAB/C/C++ programming language is a plus
• Experience with real-time software programming and multi-threaded programming is a plus
