- 持有認可相關範疇的學士學位及教師證書或教育文憑，若持有中國語文/文學或教育碩士學位更佳；
- 具備最少八年在香港中學任教中國語文科或培訓中國語文科教師的經驗；及
- 能說流利廣州話並具良好的中文書寫能力。
