Job Responsibilities
- To monitor and maintain physical security and fire system operated in the Banks’ premises. Including branches, offsite ATMs and offices
- To provide security system support, including user enquiry and problem solving
- Resolve daily IT technical issues related to security system
- Conduct regular health check and monitor of all installed systems from infrastructure perspectives
- Assist to manage daily operations of Access Control System / Burglar Alarm System / CCTV System
- Assist to prepare payment application and manage the billing cycle
- To maintain register on security and fire safety system
- To prepare management reports and perform data analysis
- To handle any ad-hoc task assigned by management
- To support the team for operations activities e.g. Training, safety inspections
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Sound knowledge on physical security, security system and access control system
- Hands on experience in infrastructure support
- Technical support experiences in AD, Email System, Anti-virus System preferably in banking industry, knowledge in basic Linux administration is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with strong communication, interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
- At least 3 years of security operation / technical support experiences in sizable organization
- Holder of CCNA / CCNP / MCSE / CISSP / CISA is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, especially in Mandarin

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily transaction processing of securities and funds to deliver a timely, smooth, reliable and efficient service to customers.
