Requirements
  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Law or related discipline; CFA, CPA, PRMIA-PRM, FRM or related qualification preferred
  • At least 3 years' working experience in corporate lending, credit risk management, credit approval / monitoring, portfolio analysis in the banking section
  • Self-initiated, good analytical and negotiation skills and able to perform multi-tasks within tight schedule
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg etc.). Knowledge of VBA and/or SQL will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Manager.

Support the Group Chief Product Officer (GCPO) to build out the Group Product Function, focusing on portfolio management and governance, process enhancements and product strategy.Responsibilities Target Operating Model:
  • Support the Group Chief Product Officer (GCPO) to build and maintain the Product COE at the Group level by establishing an operating model and developing the Group Product Function
  • Work closely with and support the GCPO as well as Local Business Units (LBUs) to develop and standardise the target operating model for product functions across Local Business Units
  • Support the establishment of a Product Community of Practice, work closely with LBUs’ product functions on product proposition and idea sharing
Portfolio Management:
  • Conduct regular LBUs portfolio review, evaluate margin uplift / OFSG / cash profile improvement, to drive on-going portfolio management, rationalisation and optimisation; these also include identification of non-value adding products and funds to discontinue on an ongoing basis, as well as providing recommendation of management action where appropriate
  • Work closely and integrate with various Group stakeholders such as Group Finance, Group Risk and Group Health, into the current in-force management process for active maintenance and optimisation of product portfolio
  • Conduct product post-implementation review, evaluate product performance and ensure the implemented products meet customer needs and our business objectives; also identify areas of improvement, recommend and drive product enhancement as well as day-2 items implementation as needed
  • Work with various Group stakeholders on optimisation for product metrics
Product Governance
  • Review LBUs’ product development, management and governance processes such as their product functions setup, product committee structure, product related standards and frameworks, then identify gaps and drive corresponding enhancement as well as regular update
  • Provide product governance and product development process best practice sharing
Process improvements and speed to market:
  • Support the GCPO and work with Group and LBU stakeholders on cross-functional projects to improve our internal process where appropriate as well as to reduce time and effort to product launch
  • Support the GCPO on development of in-house capabilities on product assumptions
  • Provide supports on product development process to LBUs as needed
Product Strategy:
  • Support the GCPO to work closely with various stakeholders, such as Group Customer Proposition, Group Investment, Group Risk, internal and external reinsurers, consultants, to drive product innovation and Group product strategy execution
  • Support the GCPO on integrating the Group Product Function into the Business Plan process; review LBUs’ Product Strategy and Product Plans, identify opportunities and work with the GCPO and LBUs to drive strategic enhancement
Requirements
  • Qualified actuary with several years of post-qualification experience
  • Extensive experience in life insurance products across multiple product categories as well as markets relevant to Prudential
  • Enthusiasm for advancing the product function, improving the status quo in markets and bringing new ideas to the Group.

- Prepare risk dashboards and reports for senior management, RMC, and regulators.

- Support internal/external audits and regulatory inspections related to credit risk.

4. Credit System and Operation

- Drive change management of credit related systems and EUCs

- Lead the Claims team responsible the SFGS claims efforts. Ensure timely submission of claims for defaulted accounts to HKMC and response to RFI.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Credit Approval, Risk Analytics, and Finance teams to enhance risk frameworks.

- Engage with Collections & Recovery to improve NPL management strategies.

- Advise senior management on emerging risks and portfolio performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 8+ years in credit risk management, preferably in a bank or digital lending business.

- Strong expertise in portfolio risk analytics, credit policy and governance.

- Familiarity with secured/unsecured lending products (business loans, SME lending, retail loans).

- Knowledge of HKMA regulations (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9, credit risk guidelines).

- Degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field; FRM/PRM/CFA a plus.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Ability to translate data insights into business strategy.

The Officer, Product specialist (Cards Portfolio Management) is an intermediate level position responsible for driving the growth and profitability of product by developing and executing strategic initiatives, marketing campaigns, and ensuring superior customer experience. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to acquire new users, risk management, revenue optimization while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Assess relevant customer, competitor, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve client experience and portfolio growth
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support managing end to end card product lifecycle, including pricing, features and promotions
  • Provide insight and recommendations on innovative product development, product targeting, and segmentation strategies as well as oversee aspects of product development life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
  • Provide insight and execute on core marketing disciplines such as product development, price, promotions, platform and pillars, launching, and marketing to improve client experience and portfolio growth
  • Work closely with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns to drive adoption of fee paying services / features
  • Project manage product enhancement projects which includes gathering business requirement, reviewing test plan, verify test results and monitor post launch performance, while adhering to internal governance and policy requirement.
  • Manage Work closely with technology and operations to manage product enhancements projects from providing business requirement
  • Participate in budgeting and planning for strategic priorities and initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

This role is responsible for the risk management of an assigned portfolio of transactions and monitoring of credit and transaction related risks within a AIBD AFD portfolio.
The transactions are originated by origination team in AIBD AFD and may be on a bilateral, club or syndication basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic

  • To prepare credit reviews, credit applications, waiver requests, borrower ratings which include recommendations, within due dates, in accordance to the Bank’s internal guidelines and credit appetite. When producing the review or application, sound credit analysis, sensitivity analysis on financial models (to ensure it remains accurate and relevant), and examination of the key points and concerns will have to be clearly articulated so the credit offices can understand the key points.
  • To undertake appropriate identification of early warning indicators, risks issues, close monitoring of and reporting on the status of the borrower and underlying project conditions, including escalating to appropriate departments where applicable. To prepare and host monthly Close Watch meetings.
  • Actively managing the overall risk profile of the borrower, effective obligor or transaction and to recommend changes where necessary to mitigate risks.
  • To prepare borrower ratings and cash flow projections in rating reviews.
  • To play an active supporting role on refinancing and potential work-out transactions, where required.
  • To actively support the negotiation of waiver terms and amendment documents, where required.
  • To co-work on secondary loan transfers and loan participation, where required.
  • To prepare regular reports, including but not limited to credit conditions and instructions, action plans, stress tests, sector monitoring reports, Asset Evaluation Sheet, presentations to management or credit committee. To prepare ad-hoc reports related to the portfolio that has a financial impact to the Bank, or as requested by Management/Head Office or Regulators.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits or regulatory inspections.
  • Support the Team Leader and HOD in the Team’s operations, administration duties, organizing events as well as to provide back-up support for other team members, when required, as well as to participate in ad-hoc projects under the Bank’s initiatives.
  • Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines. Including supporting KYC and compliance requirements.
  • Support in maintaining, developing and updating local credit policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
  • To identify industry, economic and sector trends and developments which can impact the portfolio.
  • To represent AIBD AFD and Global Aviation Finance Office (GAFO) on interactions with and reporting matters to HK Branch and HK local regulator.
Financial
  • Support the delivery of timely process improvement initiatives for the Team.
  • To support AFD team for credit assessment and onboarding of new clients and recommend appropriate Borrower Rating for the client
Customer
  • Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Bank's reputation and to meet customer's expectations.
  • Liaise and collaborate with customers, agents, external consultants, auditors, regulators and others to ensure that the Team may perform its functions in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • To work in partnership with and liaise with origination/structuring teams, relationship managers/sector coverage, credit teams, middle offices, overseas/regional branches, subsidiaries, affiliates and other departments to support the Teams’ responsibilities and matters relating to transactions under the portfolio.
People
  • To guide fellow team members on internal policies, procedures and knowledge sharing. To mentor junior members of the team.
  • To liaise with various departments and work together with GAFO as a global aviation team.
Other/ Control
  • To comply with relevant MAS and HKMA regulations and MUFG group policies.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree qualified. Professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in credit analysis and credit risk (including Structured Products financing or Corporate Banking).
  • Experience in reviewing and preparing credit application recommendations, waiver requests, reviews of credit controls and legal documentation.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to details and accuracy.
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful and a good team player, with ability to build rapport with internal and external parties.
  • Good understanding of banking products and their risks.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, critical and data analysis, impact sensitivity studies, financial modelling.
  • Familiarity in financing documentation and legal considerations.
  • Indepth sector knowledge in aviation financing would be an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM) business in Hong Kong. The incumbent will assume the role of Executive Officer in accordance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and collaborate with private bankers to drive AUM growth through promoting mandate solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Private Banking / Treasures Private Client Front Office (including RMs and Investment Counsellors), CIO Office, Institutional Banking and other stakeholders to market DPM and other managed investment solutions
  • Lead a team of DPM specialists to drive CIO/DPM AUM growth and sales through strategic initiatives and targeted client engagement
  • Engage Front Office to meet with end clients to position and market DPM as a core component of client portfolios
  • Conduct relevant presentation and training to both internal and external clients/stakeholders including programs for new joiners and regular team huddles
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with CIO/DPM Mandate Specialists & Communications Team on preparation of DPM proposals (especially Bespoke Mandates), marketing collaterals, internal announcements, and other presentation deck
  • Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders and provide guidance on all CIO/DPM related queries

Requirements

  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant work experience in marketing Managed Investment solutions to UHNW and institutional clients
  • Experience in asset management, portfolio management, research or securities trading an added advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of investment market, equities, bonds, mutual funds and private asset funds
  • Ability to articulate investment strategy and solutions in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders
  • Team player with a highly motivated and driven personality to be able to work with internal and external stakeholders to drive AUM sales
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • A recognised relevant degree in finance, accountancy, or business; a CFA or CAIA will be an added advantage
  • Ability to travel on business trips as and when required

About The Role
Investment Strategy: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the investment strategy of AIMHK to manage multi-manager, multi-asset to manage fund-of-funds products. Perform global and local macroeconomic research and formulate investment strategies for fund-of-funds portfolios.
Portfolio Management: Manage portfolios on AIAHK’s MPF, ORSO and ILAS platforms to deliver outperformance for portfolios under management. Ensure portfolio compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
Fund Evaluation: Work with fund researcher regarding fund research and due diligence to support AIMHK’s multi-manager products and conduct portfolio construction analysis to enhance investment performance.
Stakeholder Management: Establish good rapport with stakeholders within AIA Group, including AIAHK, AIA Trustee, Group Investment and AIAIM in Singapore
Roles And Responsibilities
Investment Strategy:

  • Build and maintain quantitative models to identify investment opportunity and forecast investment trends.
  • Conduct macro investment research and formulate tactical asset allocation strategies for multi-asset products.
Fund-of-funds Portfolio Management
  • Daily portfolio management across fund-of-funds portfolios on AIAHK’s MPF, ORSO and ILAS platforms.
  • Deliver outperformance against peer group median and benchmark
  • Ensure portfolios are in compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Monitor HKD exposure and manage FX hedge across portfolios.
  • Manage AIMHK APIFs and jointly managed funds on ILAS platform.
  • Assist trade execution on fund-of-funds portfolios, post-trading and portfolio monitoring.
  • Provide monthly portfolio commentaries
Funds Monitoring And Evaluation
Conduct quantitative and qualitative fund evaluation to:
  • Work with manager researcher to identify and select well-performing funds for AIMHK managed multi-manager products to enhance investment performance and construct the portfolios for AIAHK’s MPF, ORSO and ILAS products.
  • Participate in ESG assessment of the funds
Support Product Development
  • Collaborate with Product team to identify appropriate investment strategies according to the investment policy and objectives.
  • Liaise with fund managers to develop new funds
Stakeholder Management
  • Establish good rapport with stakeholders within AIA Group, including AIAHK (e.g. ILAS & MPF teams), Group Investment (e.g. TAA & External Managers teams) and AIAIM in Singapore.
  • Provide investment and fund related supports to the investment, MPF and ILAS teams of AIAHK.
Ad Hoc Projects
  • Onboard to Aladdin controls environment and enhance existing investment operational flow and controls as needed.
  • Enhance hedging arrangement
Job Requirements
  • Experience in managing public funds for reputation financial institutions.
  • Satisfy Key Person requirement with at least 5 years of public funds management experience.
  • Around 10 years of experience in investment experience and/or asset management.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Economics or quantitative-related subjects.
  • Investment-related professional qualification (e.g. CFA, FRM or CAIA).
  • Holders of SFC license 9.
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics of major asset classes, including equities, bonds and currencies.
  • Ability to quantitatively/qualitatively translate economic situation, financial market development, asset valuation and price momentum into investment strategies & recommendations.
  • Knowledge of retail financial markets and wealth management products.
  • Strong presentation and report-writing skills.

Join JPMorgan Asset Management's Global Real Estate team in Asia Pacific as a Managing Director in Portfolio Management. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic investment decisions and create value for clients through proactive asset management and capital raising efforts.

As a Portfolio Manager in the Real Estate Asia Pacific team, you will lead and actively participate in portfolio management efforts for various private direct real estate strategies. Your responsibilities include reviewing investment opportunities sourced by the acquisitions team, overseeing activities of the asset management team to create investment value, and assessing the disposition of investments to achieve strategic risk/reward outcomes. You will collaborate with senior investment, research and strategy, and product development teams to formulate and launch strategies/funds, and participate in investment review committees responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, financing/refinancing, major investment decisions, and asset strategy reviews.

This senior role also involves interfacing directly with prospective and existing clients, client advisors, client portfolio managers, sales and relationship management teams to assist in capital raising and relationship management with institutional investors, intermediaries, and private wealth clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies and execution plans aligned with client mandates and fund guidelines.
  • Assist in developing strategy/fund documentation, including private placement memoranda, partnership agreements, and investment advisory agreements; execute capital raising plans.
  • Evaluate and oversee acquisitions, asset management, development, and disposition activities, including sustainability integration, to meet client/fund objectives.
  • Review and recommend multi-year portfolio strategies, including hold/sell decisions.
  • Manage liquidity requirements, distributions, reserves, and funding sources.
  • Manage investment risks including exposure, concentration, counterparty, tenant, leasing, credit, interest rate, foreign currency, and political risks.
  • Review annual business plans, leasing, capital, and operating budgets.
  • Support capital raising through engagement with clients, consultants, and relationship managers throughout the process.
  • Review and communicate portfolio performance and updates to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
  • At least 15 years of institutional real estate acquisitions and asset/portfolio management experience across sectors like living, industrial/logistics, office, retail, and hotels, with a strong track record in value-add/opportunistic strategies.
  • Minimum of 10 years investing in key Asia Pacific real estate markets.
  • Experience working with internal transaction teams, joint venture partners, operators, and third-party service providers.
  • Proven success in capital raising from global institutional investors and private channels.
  • Strong analytical, investment judgment, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to train and develop junior team members.
  • Thorough understanding of real estate investment structures.
Preferred Skills
  • Fluency in Japanese and Korean is a plus.

Location: Hong Kong or Singapore preferred. Extensive travel within Asia Pacific required.

Our Infrastructure and Government Advisory (IGA) team is looking to hire a consultant with at least four years of professional experience in delivering major infrastructure projects with at least some of that experience coming from practical site-based experience.
Background to the IGA team
The candidate will be joining the IGA team in supporting clients from initial analysis and project evaluation through to procurement, financial close, construction and operations under three workstreams of services:

  • Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (P3M)
  • Strategy and Policy
  • Transactions, Economics and Finance
We are seeking a candidate to join our IGA team primarily within the P3M workstream, to address some of the most complex challenges in infrastructure and the built-asset environment.
Our P3M workstream comprises three core areas:
  • Industry transformation: We advise government and public authorities on project delivery; providing strategic advice in procurement approaches; organization and delivery model design; commercial and assurance strategies; communication and promotion strategies; stakeholder management; capability and capacity assessments; project and programme controls; and PMO design and implementation.
  • Project delivery optimization: We advise private sector clients on transforming the way they deliver projects in the public and private sector. This includes assessing and optimizing project management frameworks, procurement, enhancing project governance structures and implementing best practices in project execution.
  • Digital and data transformation and High Productivity Construction (HPC): We advise on digital, technology and innovative construction recommendations that are transforming the construction industry and major programmes, including: Modular Integrated Construction (MiC); Multi-trade Integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MiMEP), and advancing technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).

You will deliver services across the lifecycle of public and private infrastructure, including:

Requirements: Skills and attributes for success
We seek candidates with a minimum of four years of professional experience, preferably in one or more of the following areas:
  • Experience in construction or real estate as a Project Manager, Engineer, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager
  • Experience in delivery or advisory roles within industry, government or a consultancy (major professional services firms, consulting practices or specialist firms)
  • Experience in delivering expert project, programme or wider industry transformation
We seek candidates with the following knowledge/ skills:
  • Deep understanding of the technical and management aspects of the infrastructure project delivery lifecycle
  • Familiarity with construction data sets such as schedule, cost, health and safety, environmental quality (HSEQ), contract, risk, and finance
  • Experience with digital tools and approaches in the construction and infrastructure sectors, including knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and other data management systems
  • Experience in procurement processes and contract administration using contract forms used in Hong Kong (e.g., NEC)
  • Strong report writing, communication and presentational skills
