**Responsibilities**
+ **Technical Relationship Development:** Co-own, manage, and develop relationships with CTO/CDO/CIO/CISO and Innovation/DT Leaders within customer businesses. Leverage these relationships to develop deep strategic engagements for positive impact on the customer's business.

+ **AI and Thought Leadership:** Move from foundational to competent in technology thought leadership and align AI plans with customer conversations.
+ **Customer Conversations:** Play a critical role in understanding customer maturity and aligning products with customer journeys. Formulate business-to-IT technical roadmaps.
+ **Performance Metrics:** Align ATS performance metrics with AE metrics, particularly in terms of pipeline coverage and quota.
**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 8+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience

+ To have sales visit and make phone calls to customer for service review.
+ To prepare SOP for specific customers.
+ To generate Tonnage Report and Service Failure Report.
+ To handle transhipment.
+ To maintain and update quotation database in SISW.
+ To answer rate inquiry, ie, quote local charges, special rates.
+ To act as a c.fit specialist in Air Import Operations.
+ To acts as a team-leader to extend assistance to subordinates if necessary.
+ To review and authorize correct freights release to respective customer.
+ To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Company's needs.
+ University graduate in 1-2 years relevant experience, or certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate with over 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.
+ Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin is an asset.
+ Good communication and customer service skills.
+ Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
+ Proficient PC knowledge

**Microsoft's FSI Enterprise Account Team focuses on empowering customers on their AI Transformation journey. This team is responsible for envisioning new possibilities for our customers, delivering solutions that result in targeted business outcomes and driving revenue growth for Microsoft.**
As an **FSI Account Technology Strategist** , you will have the opportunity to design and drive leading edge technology initiatives in partnership with your customers, both supporting your customers' desired business outcomes and achieving Microsoft's business objectives.
Paired with an Enterprise Account Executive, leveraging your large, multi-functional v-team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio and the vast catalog of Microsoft Partner offerings, you will build and grow your network of technology executives within your customers and bring industry-relevant solutions to help the customers adopt and embrace AI technologies. **Responsibilities**
+ **Customer AI and Security Strategy Leadership** -Document and articulate the customer's business objectives, technology landscape and AI and Security strategy.
+ **Technology Relevant Trusted Seller** -Drive Microsoft Business growth including partner co-sell motions and governance around consumption and intent to use
+ **Technology Leadership across Solution Areas** -Lead AI, (including data and migration) and Security, conversations across the rooms of the houseshowcasing how they align to the customers business priorities.
+ **Industry Knowledge** - Apply expertise in customer businesses, technology platforms and industry to build AI strategy with the customer that is aligned to business outcomes. Challenge customers' assumptions with constructive dialogue about their business and technology.
+ **Applies expertise** (deep expertise across few accounts or broad expertise across many accounts) and thought leadership to identify and inform the development of the right FSI Industry Sales Kits and industry partners within the customer's FSI industry community.
+ **Articulates and understands specific FSI industry-related market trends** , as well as customer threats, opportunities, and barriers to growth as they relate to the customer's broader industry.
**Qualifications**
**Required/minimum qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 6+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
**Additional or preferred qualifications**
+ 10+ years experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
+ 6+ years experience in relevant customer industry.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 12+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Technical consulting background preferred.
