Core Task: New Account Opening Processing:
1. Receive new account application documents, which will be available via CICC's account opening workflow system.
2. Thoroughly review submitted application forms (English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese) and supporting documents against CICC's account opening guidelines and list of documents and checklist. Specific documents to check include, but are not limited to: a. Account opening form b. Valid Identification (ID) (e.g., HKID, passport) c. Exit-entry permit (if applicable) d. Residential address proof (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, dated within 3 months) e. Verify the completeness and legibility of all required documentation. f. Ensure documents are in the accepted format
3. Perform subsequent steps in the workflow system after the QC check and approval/rejection. a. If all documents are in order and meet QC standards, approve the application within the workflow system. b. If documents are incomplete, inconsistent, or do not meet QC standards (e.g., missing information, insufficient ID proof for non-HKID holders), provide clear and accurate rejection reasons within the workflow system, and follow up the pending items until completion for account opening and follow up any pending items if have that pertain to the accounts after account opening.
Ad-hoc Tasks: If the primary volume of new individual account openings is lower than anticipated, the team will be assigned to process other types of individual account openings, or company accounts related tasks

**Job Description:**
**Job Summary:**
The BaSE Specialist is a member of the UPS Building and Systems Engineering (BaSE) department. The PE Specialist manages small projects and oversees the work of outside contractors. This position assists BaSE supervisors and managers in managing construction projects of large complexity and risk (i.e., conveyor installations and facility modifications). Projects may involve building construction, package sortation equipment or both. He/She ensures adherence to contract documentation, scheduled timelines, and cost control parameters. This position may develop project documentation, and draft simple package handling systems and building layouts in 2D CAD. He/She computes cost estimates of design alternatives. He/She prepares project documents. (e.g., Request for Appropriation, project scope of work, estimates, drawings, bid packages, contracts etc.). This person will work at the project site.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in completing the bid package process (e.g., bid creation, bid evaluation, background check, bid award, etc.) to select the most competitive bid and competent vendor for contracts (e.g., soils, survey, conveyor, conveyor electrical, etc.).
+ Assist in evaluating bids and proposals according to competitive bid, background check, and competence of identified vendors to recommend the awarding of contracts.
+ Develops project schedules to ensure adherence to deadlines.
+ Conducts construction inspections of materials and installations to ensure performance meets UPS standards, repairs are completed within scheduled deadlines, and quality materials are utilized.
+ Identifies areas for construction process improvement and design solutions to achieve optimal package flow efficiency.
+ Maintains cost log and project management checklist, processes invoices, and releases funds to contractors to facilitate and document project completion.
+ Support conveyor system maintenance. Investigates mechanical breakdown problems (e.g., conveyor system failures, operator errors, system design flaws, etc.) to prevent a decrease in productivity and efficiency. Dispatch BaSE mechanics.
+ Support Facility maintenance. Assists with identifying and scheduling necessary repairs and preventative maintenance, through the use of BaSE mechanics and outside vendors, to maintain the condition of the facility.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Engineering or related field. - Required
+ New graduate to 3 years relevant experience - Preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and native language of project site if different than English. - Required
+ Proficient in 2D AutoCAD - Required
+ Previous experience assisting with managing building construction or large industrial installations. - Preferred
+ Experience with designing solutions for process improvement. - Preferred

**Position Summary**
As Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Jet Aviation you will be working as part of a dedicated maintenance team and will be responsible for successfully carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks on an aircraft in accordance with Jet Aviation procedures and aviation regulations. You will be operating under the Jet Aviation Part 145 approval, the Jet Aviation Health and Safety policy, customer requests and other airworthiness requirements.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Perform un-scheduled & scheduled maintenance tasks: You will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance tasks on aircraft as per the manufacturer's guidelines, MOE and maintenance schedule in lie with regulatory requirements. This will include inspecting, repairing, and replacing parts, systems, and components. You will need to be proficient in using tools and equipment for this purpose.
+ Executes and oversees aircraft inspections, modifications, maintenance tasks, repairs, within license scope.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues: you will need to have strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues with aircraft systems and components. This will require you to perform various tests, use diagnostic equipment, and analyse data to identify the root cause of issues.
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: As a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements, including airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and other maintenance requirements. You will need to keep up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements and standards and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out accordingly.
+ Maintain accurate records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, work performed, and parts used. This will require you to use computerised maintenance management systems and ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
+ Communicate with other maintenance personnel, pilots, and management: As part of your role, you will need to communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel, pilots, and management to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operation. You will need to be able to explain technical issues in simple terms and work collaboratively to resolve any problems.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including compliance with safety regulations and policies. You will need to ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and that all work areas are clean and free of hazards.
+ Provide technical guidance: As a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to other maintenance personnel. You will need to be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and provide guidance on best practices for aircraft maintenance.
+ Ensures safety and product quality at all times.
+ Ensures the timely and accurate recording of work executed on the aircraft.
+ If needed, executes and oversees off-base aircraft projects without local supervision.
+ Supports Aircraft Maintenance Supervisors in coordinating with and functionally overseeing Technicians to execute tasks.
+ Other duties as may be required from time to time in order to ensure operating and business success.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Mechanical/technical apprenticeship (preferably in aviation or related field)
+ Valid license holder without limitations (Part 66 B1 and/or B2 or FAA A&P other relevant aircraft technician license (as per local requirements)
+ A minimum of two business-relevant Aircraft type ratings (as requested by the business and authorized by Quality/Safety & EHS function)
+ Intermediate level English, min. B2 level/ able to communicate, read and understand maintenance tasks in English manuals
+ Additional specific knowledge, skills, abilities & other characteristics as required in the relevant MOE desirable.
+ Strong communication skills to exchange technical information
+ Ability to effectively and efficiently manage priorities of the job
+ B737NG/MAX type ratings advantageous

**Position Summary**
The PMO Planner reports to the Senior Manager Planning to support the planning functions and overall maintenance operations.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ To be Primary point of contact for customers Maintenance projects
+ To perform 'resource planning' assessments for the requested work, to include
+ Appropriate NAA extent of approval and scope of work (MOE Part 1, Subpart 1.9 or FAA Ops Spec),
+ Qualified Staff,
+ Staff Numbers,
+ Approved Data,
+ Sufficient man hours available within product capacity plan,
+ Suitable Maintenance Environment (LM),
+ Hangar Space (BM),
+ Ground Support Equipment (GSE),
+ Tooling and Equipment,
+ Parts and Materials
+ Logistics
+ To open and compile maintenance workpacks as per internal procedures
+ To take responsibility and ownership of assigned projects by the PM, or delegate
+ To obtain formal workorder acceptance from Engineering management, and relevant customer approvals such as acceptance forms, and ensure all information is present/correct.
+ To assess maintenance tasks against the following criteria, and highlight for engineering as per internal procedures -
+ Repetitive defects
+ Aircraft technical logbook items or deferred defects
+ EWIS/CDCCL or fuel tank safety related items
+ Critical maintenance tasks or duplicate inspections
+ To coordinate with procurement for the project materials and tools required on a daily basis
+ Progressively develop workpacks against client requests or aircraft defects
+ Provide customer updates on a daily basis via email or more if required
+ Coordinate with respective departments on client requests, such as Accounts/Supply chain or others
+ Perform a review of completed workpacks prior to aircraft release, per internal procedures
+ Ensure a final acceptance form has been distributed prior to aircraft release
+ Work order billing/invoicing
+ Ensure aircraft warranty status on every input and update the respective teams.
+ To coordinate with OEM / Warranty program for any warranty claim.
+ To coordinate any AOG event by establishing a recovery plan and duly advise customers on the progress
+ Updating of the CAFAM system upon completion of maintenance events
+ To highlight any major defects or interruption to planned operator schedules to engineering management on a timely basis.
+ Reverse function support to SC department when needs must as required.
+ Progressively update the line maintenance handover board online in the respective area
+ Other duties as directed by the Company
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Liaison experience with the HKCAD, FAA, EASA and/or other aviation industry agents.
+ Working knowledge of inspection procedures, methods, equipment and accepted industry standards.
+ High IT competency (e.g., maintenance planning software, ERP systems)
