What The Day Will Look Like:
- Manage and provide high quality broking services to our existing clients.
- Achieve business growth by deeper penetration of current portfolio and by targeting prospects.
- Coordinate with insurers and service providers to ensure seamless renewals and address any related issues.
- Conduct claims data analysis and interpret the results to support renewal preparation.
- Maintain the quality and timeliness of client deliverables, responsible for reports that are clear and concise.
- Support various projects assigned by Supervisor.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success:
- University graduate with 5-7 years of working experience in Employee Benefits is preferred
- Holder of Technical representative license or passed in IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV are preferred
- Experience in account management and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mature and a self-starter
- Good organisation skills and effective interpersonal skills
- Good analytics and negotiations skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage
- Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Manager

What will you be doing in this role?

- Retention targets: protect revenue by achieving retention target to make sure that retention is completed for assigned accounts before contract date.
- Demand creation: analyze the defined territory, identify white space, and proactively develop new demand for solutions, in conjunction with Sales Specialist colleagues as required
- Solution selling: use the WITY methodology and your own intellectual curiosity to understand the strategic issues and priorities affecting your clients; apply to new sales and retention work
- Relationship management: establish and develop meaningful relationships with key buying centers in each customer; maintain a relationship map for each account
- Value positioning: deliver quality proposals and propositions to customers, to address their specific requirements; adopt an “outside-in” mindset and a consultative approach to selling
About the Team
This team is responsible for the sales of IP products in the Hong Kong region, including API interface raw data. The team size is 5 people, working closely with pre-sales and after-sales, data, product and other teams internally, developing new customers and serving old customers externally, to improve regional performance and customer satisfaction.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve business targets as agreed by the company.
- Execute sales and business development plans, follow up on orders and inquiries.
- Generate new business.
- Manage and provide after-sales service to Architect, Corporate & Designer accounts.
- Develop and maintain sound client relationships.
Requirements:
- University graduate with 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Sales experience in the office furniture industry is highly preferable.
- Strong selling skills, including presenting, persuading, and negotiating.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic.
- Good team player, able to multitask, willing to learn, able to work under pressure and independently.
- Proficient with PC software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent spoken and written English; able to communicate in Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
