Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and finance operations of the company
- Handle full set of books and complete month-end closing processes including creation of journal entries in Oracle
- Perform reconciliations including bank and balance sheet on a monthly basis
- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for management of the company and US home office
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Create the journal entries for intercompany transactions in Oracle and intercompany reporting
- Coordinate with affiliate companies in various countries for intercompany transactions and cost allocation for recharging
- Track expenses by cost centre and analyse variances against budget of the company
- Assist in external audit and tax filing and prepare financial statements on HKFRS basis
- Support supervisor in the implementation of control and governance within the company and local operations
- Consolidate reports submitted by countries and coordination with local finance on ad hoc requests
- Work on ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirement
- Possess a university degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Data Statistics
- Preferred 1 to 2 year of experience in financial/accounting field, in particular handling full set of books and inter-company transactions, accounting experience is also preferred.
- Working experience in financial reporting and actual vs forecast/ budget report variance analysis is preferable.
- Familiar with payment processing with e-banking platform would be an advantage (HSBCnet).
- High degree of ethics and integrity.
- Service-oriented attitude to co-operate with all parties.
- Sound communication ability in English and Cantonese.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Excel) and common finance software (Oracle & Hyperion) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of creating / modifying formulas (e.g. vlookup, sumif, etc), use of Excel pivot table and basic knowledge of VBA / Microsoft power tools (query, BI) is also highly desirable.

Accounts Payable Specialist
to manage our full-cycle accounts payable process. A key component of this role involves
processing international payments via the SWIFT network
. The ideal candidate will possess deep, practical expertise in the SWIFT payment system, a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the full-life cycle accounts payable process for the branch, ensuring all invoices are accurately coded, approved and processed in accordance with internal controls and delegation of authority policies.
● Prepare, verify and process domestic and international payments via the SWIFT network.
● Process staff expense claims and corporate card transactions in compliance with company policy.
● Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve any discrepancies or issues.
● Maintain fixed asset registry and prepare detailed depreciation schedules.
● Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments and
account reconciliations.
● Maintain robust internal controls over the payment process in line with bank policies.
● Ensure all payments are properly authorized and documented for audit trails.
● Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the AP function.
● Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.
Qualification & Experience
● Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
●
Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
●
Proven, hands-on experience processing international payments using the SWIFT system
is highly preferred
● Experience in banking or financial services environment is preferred Knowledge & Skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)
Language
● Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
