Job Purpose & Objectives

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced
Accounts Payable Specialist
to manage our full-cycle accounts payable process. A key component of this role involves
processing international payments via the SWIFT network
. The ideal candidate will possess deep, practical expertise in the SWIFT payment system, a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage the full-life cycle accounts payable process for the branch, ensuring all invoices are accurately coded, approved and processed in accordance with internal controls and delegation of authority policies.

● Prepare, verify and process domestic and international payments via the SWIFT network.

● Process staff expense claims and corporate card transactions in compliance with company policy.

● Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve any discrepancies or issues.

● Maintain fixed asset registry and prepare detailed depreciation schedules.

● Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments and

account reconciliations.

● Maintain robust internal controls over the payment process in line with bank policies.

● Ensure all payments are properly authorized and documented for audit trails.

● Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the AP function.

● Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification & Experience

● Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

●
Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience

●
Proven, hands-on experience processing international payments using the SWIFT system

is highly preferred

● Experience in banking or financial services environment is preferred Knowledge & Skills

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)

Language

● Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient use of Kingdee Accounting & Inventory System for daily bookkeeping and inventory management
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, report generation, and cost tracking
• Assist the finance department with monthly and annual closing, and other accounting tasks

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Kingdee (金碟) is a must
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Perform and review all the comprehensive management reports with commentaries to the business units and senior management;

• Ensure the smooth forecast and budgeting process with line of business, act as the working partners and maintain good relationships;

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance or Business disciplines, with full membership of HKICPA or equivalent;

• Min 3-6 years experience in Management reporting / MIS reporting in Banking Sector;

• Experience in accounting system / system implementation is definitely an advantage;

• Good analytical and presentation skills;

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
