Responsibilities

• Handle full set of books of several building premises
• Timely preparation of financial statements and Balance Sheet schedules
• Review and comment the annual budgets

• LCC intermediate or above
• 3 years or above relevant working experiences, preferable with Property Management experience
• Hardworking and patient
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with Flex system is an asset

Accounting Officer – Be the Financial Backbone of Our Team!

Your Role

• Lead & mentor a small but mighty finance team
• Own the daily revenue tracking and AR ledger updates
• Manage billing, collections, and aging reports like a pro
• Be our credit detective – vetting guest accounts daily
• Drive innovation by helping implement our new PMS/POS systems
• Keep finances tight with surprise cash counts and petty cash oversight
• Join monthly credit meetings and tackle ad-hoc projects
  
  

• A degree in Accounting (or related field) – HKICPA/ACCA is a big plus
• 3+ years’ experience in a hotel/commercial background
• Tech-savvy skills – hotel accounting software & Excel wizardry
• A detail-obsessed, independent mindset with killer time management
• Great communication – you make numbers tell a story

• Oversee daily accounting operations for the Hong Kong office.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including journal entries and transaction recording.
• Review and correct accounting entries, manage payments and receipts, and handle closing adjustments.

Requirements
