What you'll be doing
- Lead a team in gathering and analyzing customer accounting and finance requirements by collaborating closely with client finance teams (Accountants, CFOs)
- Translate client accounting workflows, regulatory compliance, and reporting needs into detailed functional specifications for our development team
- Prepare proposals, solution designs, and cost estimates aligned with customer requirements and accounting standards
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of accounting system solutions
- Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and solution presentations to build client confidence and ensure alignment
- Validate system deliverables against accounting principles, statutory regulations, and client business rules
- Stay current on Hong Kong accounting standards and best practices to continuously enhance the solution offerings
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent) preferred
- Candidates with solid AUDITING experience are highly preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant compliance requirements
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role in software or accounting systems is ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate a strong interest in a customer-facing consultant role, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Responsible for full sets of accounts and bookkeeping for clients including but not limited to review of accounting entries, journals, financial statements and bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for treasury & payment administration from review of payment instruction, Fund Movement Statement to dispatching payment instruction.
