Officer – Accounting Services
The Accounting Services Officer will focus on process automation, payroll, asset calculation, forecasting, tax reporting and support for ad-hoc financial projects. The candidate must pay keen attention to detail and demonstrate solid technical ability in accounting software and office platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Support commission system automation and payroll management
- Calculate and validate commissions and contract assets
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasts as part of planning cycles
- Prepare and review tax filings
- Participate in ad-hoc finance and administrative projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or LCC Higher equivalent
- At least 2 years' relevant experience
- Highly numerate, accurate and detail-oriented
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese word processing
- Strong spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)
- HR and admin experience is a plus
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
