We are assisting a reputable trading company in hiring a Finance & Admin Manager to support their expanding operations across Hong Kong and Mainland China. This is a strategic and hands-on role within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Oversee full-spectrum finance operations including accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Manage payroll processes across Hong Kong and China
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, especially China tax matters
- Prepare board-level reports and financial presentations
- Partner with senior management on business planning and decision support
- Lead system enhancement and finance-related projects
- Support internal control, audit, and risk management initiatives
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and administration
- Professional Accounting Certification (CPA, ACCA, CPAA) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of China tax and payroll regulations
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in system implementation or finance transformation projects
- High integrity and attention to detail

- Handle intercompany transaction and reconciliations
- Review and process expense reports
- Prepare and process Accounts Payable payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required
- Form 5 or above with LCCI intermediate or higher level
- At least 3 years' working experience
- Self-motivated, mature and good team player
- Detail oriented, pleasant, well organized and hard working
- Good command of Chinese and English with Mandarin is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Turnaround and Restructuring team works with our clients to find the best way to drive value enhancement through the creation and execution of business transformation strategies as well as turnaround, financial restructuring, liquidity and insolvency support.
- Financial restructuring

- Non-performing loan advisory
- Prepare and handle receipt and payment accounts and associated vouchers
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Handle general correspondence with banks and other external parties
- Prepare and file periodic regulatory accounts
- Provide general administrative support to the department, including filing duties
- Assist in ad hoc projects
- F.5 graduate or above with a minimum of five year experience in carrying out accounting and administrative duties
- Diploma / Certificate holder in Accountancy
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- A sense of responsibility, hard working, self-motivated and the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to details and ability to multitask
- Immediate availability is preferred

- Handle general correspondence with banks and other external parties
- Prepare and file periodic regulatory accounts
- Provide general administrative support to the department, including filing duties
- Assist in ad hoc projects
- F.5 graduate or above with a minimum of five year experience in carrying out accounting and administrative duties
- Diploma / Certificate holder in Accountancy
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
- A sense of responsibility, hard working, self-motivated and the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Attention to details and ability to multitask
- Immediate availability is preferred

To perform accounting duties and provide administrative support to the Accounting Team and other duties as assigned by the Council.
Requirements
- Grade E/Level 2 or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language, English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007) and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent;
- Diploma in Accounting from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution or a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Qualification Programme, or equivalent;
- Good communication skills including written and spoken Chinese & English;
- Good knowledge in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Familiar with major accounting system will be an advantage;
- Good English and Chinese (Changjie/Quick/Pinyin) typing skill;
- Possession of good interpersonal skills / telephone manner, and a pleasant personality is a must;
- Preferences will be given to those with 2-3 years solid working experience in accounting, but Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
