This commission based role as Sales Consultant/ Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will represent Sense Training at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to expand our market presence and uncover new business opportunities. This role blends relationship-building, consultative sales, and strategic account management to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new leads through outreach, referrals, and market research.
- Present and promote training solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and follow up on customized proposals and quotations.
Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
- Understand client goals and offer tailored training solutions.
- Monitor client feedback and usage to identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
Networking & Events
- Represent Sense Training at business networking events, expos, and industry forums.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
- Gather market intelligence and share insights with the team.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Coordinate closely with the training, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Report sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback regularly to leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of sales, account management, or B2B business development experience, preferably in education, consulting, or training services.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Proficient with Canva, AI tools, CRM platforms, Project Management tools
- Ability to represent the brand confidently in external settings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation software.
- Outgoing, proactive, and relationship-driven.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, client-facing roles.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger account control of the bank, including establish control procedures and perform routine review on accounting entries to ensure the compliance of bank's accounting policies;
- Handle daily accounting operations and ensure the month-end closing to cope with the reporting deadline;
- Liaise with business units and frontline in relation to the accounting entries issues;
- Drive the setup of new controls framework and implementation either due to regulatory changes or new business;
- Provide clear advice on control implication, as well as impact on new business/new products;
- Lead discussions on change initiatives, articulate clearly the user requirements, participate and provide input and solutions to new business/products/initiatives;
- Participate in system enhancement and UAT;
- Review on account control policies to comply with relevant accounting and regulatory requirements;
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years of experience in bank's account control;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and practical skill in VBA & SQL is an advantage;
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Professional qualifications in HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the general ledger account control of the bank, including establish control procedures and perform routine review on accounting entries to ensure the compliance of bank's accounting policies;
- Handle daily accounting operations and ensure the month-end closing to cope with the reporting deadline;
- Liaise with business units and frontline in relation to the accounting entries issues;
- Drive the setup of new controls framework and implementation either due to regulatory changes or new business;
- Provide clear advice on control implication, as well as impact on new business/new products;
- Lead discussions on change initiatives, articulate clearly the user requirements, participate and provide input and solutions to new business/products/initiatives;
- Participate in system enhancement and UAT;
- Review on account control policies to comply with relevant accounting and regulatory requirements;
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years of experience in bank's account control;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and practical skill in VBA & SQL is an advantage;
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Professional qualifications in HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to overseas finance teams in daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions in accordance with accounting principles.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of the overseas finance teams’ reports submission to ensure adherence to accounting standards, group policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial reports, contributing to the overall financial reporting process.
- Contribute to the year-end audit process, preparing necessary documentation and liaising with auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
- Support finance-related projects, applying financial expertise to improve processes and systems within the finance function.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial assignments and projects, support the finance team in achieving its objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field, with foundational knowledge in accounting practices and financial reporting.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 experience or a role focused on financial reporting.
- Pursuit of a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is advantageous, reflecting a commitment to professional growth.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite), enabling efficient financial analysis and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to articulate financial information effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS (for standalone company)
- Oversee and review general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and proper classification
- Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations (e.g. intercompany balances, accruals, prepayments, other receivables and other payables)
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, providing insights to management
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc analyses as required by senior management or business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred
- Professional accounting qualification is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in finance or accounting roles, with experience in audit field is a plus
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles
- Experience with Netsuite accounting systems is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
