- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, aftersales) and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of digital initiatives.
- Track digital investment and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ideally with experience in online advertising planning and buying / placement.
- May required to assist other marketing functions, such as, running events (but may not be major).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, CRM, and eCommerce, preferably in Luxury Retail and Automotive Industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms not limited to Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, and Shopify.
- Solid understanding of content management systems, social media platforms and UX/UI principles.
- Proven ability to analyse data, generate insights and optimize marketing performance.
- Experienced in online media agency is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working cross-functionally and managing external partners.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
- Being humble, and eager to explore new things and learn.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the development and execution of digital advertising initiatives targeting mainland China, with a focus on those mainland digital advertising, including search engines and social media platforms
- Establish close and long-term business relationship through understanding mainland merchants' needs and provide relevant solutions
- Drive and implement digital projects to facilitate company business growth
- Lead and manage projects to enhance mainland digital channels' daily performance, user engagement and teammates' productivity
- Work closely with various departments and external partners to drive digital project development, implementation, and business results
- Monitor, evaluate and control project status to ensure project development aligned with business strategy and catch the timeline
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience, preferably with exposure to mainland's digital advertising
- Passionate about online advertising and data-driven marketing
- Familiar with mainland search engines (e.g., Baidu, Sogou) and social media platforms (e.g., Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)
