Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Manager (Complaints and Enforcement) or Senior Manager (Licensing), the appointee will be responsible for the following:
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database;
Review data for deficiencies or errors and make any necessary changes to records;
Assist with license applications or complaints that require large amount of data entry;
Provide occasional clerical and administrative support; and
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
HKCEE / HKDSE or above in any discipline;
Accurate and efficient input of data is a must;
Good typing skill (both Chinese and English);
Well organised, detail-minded, hardworking and highly responsible;
Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas is preferred; and Immediately availability is highly preferred.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position is offered on a temporary contract. For the successful candidate, future employment may be considered based on performance and organisational needs.
