The Opportunity
The Administrator/Senior Administrator supports the RTA team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: will be responsible for assisting in the provision of share registrar and transfer agency services. The successful candidate will form part of the shareholder services team and be expected to be a team player and assist with supervising junior staff where applicable. Primary responsibilities include:
- Setting up investors and related parties in various systems, entering orders for subscriptions/capital calls, redemptions, share transfers, dividend/distribution payments and NAVs, as well as processing wire payments and indexing emails.
- Liaising with various departments within the firm and processing ad hoc client/investor queries.
- Working on data requests where necessary to assist with internal/external requests such as data migration/system upgrades, investor related data requests regulatory filings etc.

Key Responsibilities
- The formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and high-value Asset Holding Structures

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1-3 years' relevant experience in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm/the finance industry, preferably within Trust and Private Wealth administration or Corporate administration.
- Strong academic background, preferably Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Working towards or holding a professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA or HKCGI would be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience in using Viewpoint would be an advantage.
