HashKey Exchange is Hong Kong’s largest licensed virtual asset exchange, offering secure and compliant trading services to retail and institutional clients. We are looking for an Online Advertising Specialist to join our Growth team and help drive user acquisition through digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Apple Search Ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI) and optimize for better results.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce effective ad creatives.
• Work with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns meet all requirements.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising.
• Familiar with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.
• Experience in finance or crypto industries is a plus.
• Strong English skills; Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus.
• Proficient in ad and analytics tools (e.g., GA, AppsFlyer, Adjust).
• Team player with good time management and learning ability.

• Assist in Digital Media Recommendations: Support the preparation for media recommendations
• Collaborate in Digital Media Planning: Assist manager in developing media plans and digital marketing strategies for clients
• Campaign Implementation: Manage the execution of digital campaigns across various platforms to ensure alignment with the media plan
• Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously track and enhance the performance of digital marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results
• Analyze Campaign Reports: Assist in preparing and presenting detailed analyses of digital campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with team members to develop comprehensive digital campaign strategies
• Handle ad-hoc job tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing, New Media, Journalism or related discipline
• 1 year of experience in marketing (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platform
• Good analytical mind, numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Enjoy fast-paced environment and be able to work independently
• Positive working attitude, able to deal with pressure and good at multitasking
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, good command of Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is preferred
