Reporting to the Chiefs of Technology Innovation, the Manager (AI Solutions) will spearhead the AI Solutions team, translating the company's AI strategy into actionable programs and ensuring that all AI initiatives adhere to corporate governance and ethical standards. Major Responsibilities

• AI Strategy and Governance:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy in alignment with the company vision, embedding governance, risk management, and compliance checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• University degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Fintech, Artificial Intelligence, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading technology or data-driven teams, including at least 2 years in a leadership role managing AI/ML projects
• Demonstrated success in digital transformation or AI deployment, with strong governance and compliance acumen
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI technologies

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

1) Master's degree or above in artificial intelligence/computer science/data science/software engineering or related fields.

2) Familiar with the principles of vector database storage and retrieval, and those with experience in design, distributed deployment and maintenance are preferred.

3) Have an AI technology background and be proficient in using frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch.

4) Understand the principles of Transformer, Unet and other frameworks, have experience in data cleaning and preprocessing, and experience in the development, training, inference, fine-tuning, and deployment of large models will be preferred.

5) Proficient in C++/Python programming language, with good coding style and programming habits.

6) Have strong learning ability and teamwork spirit, and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

7) Priority will be given to those with climate/meteorological large model architecture thinking.
