About the Role
• Provide architecture governance to ensure that every project solution uses proper cloud infrastructure architecture designs and security standards to achieve its goals.
• Demonstrate thought leadership, especially on problem isolation during critical incidents.
• Set strategy and develop roadmap for cloud, platform and infrastructure architecture refresh to align with and support business innovations.



Roles and Responsibilities:



Cloud architecture design governance (30%)

  • Engage with Group and Local Enterprise Architecture teams, as well as application teams and project teams to understand requirements, propose and create (and keep up to date) artifacts including (but not limited to) cloud infrastructure architecture designs, blueprints, design patterns and others as required to support Infrastructure Platform's project deliverables.
  • Analyze all functional and non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability of a project solutions submitted by other Platform teams. Review cloud architecture designs, provide feedback for revision and endorsement for Infrastructure Architecture approval once all concerns are addressed.
  • Work closely with project management teams to ensure that project solutions are implemented as designed
  • Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required
Cloud & Infrastructure Compliance Management (20%)
  • Provide governance to ensure IT Infrastructure is fully complied to the company policy standards
  • Engage with Group and local teams to regularly review compliance status and provide support to remediate non-compliant issues.
Technology Risk and Business Continuity (20%)
  • Work closely with Group and Local Architect team, Group and Local BCM Team, and local business units to develop DR plans for business-critical systems and applications and to ensure that internal recovery sites are updated and functioning properly. This includes reviewing business impact analysis reports and conducting assessment sessions to ensure appropriate tiering and RTO/MTPD levels are assigned.
  • Actively engage in problem isolation during critical incidents, assist in crisis management and/ or DR Drill as BCM SME in the event of a business interruption/ Drill exercise.
Continuous improvement of system architecture for better performance, availability and cost efficiency (20%)
  • Review system architecture and collaborate with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture design and enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Conduct independent research, interpret highly technical documents, draw valid conclusions, develop technological solutions, take appropriate actions and/or make appropriate recommendations related to complex IT problems.
  • Explore emerging technologies and propose changes to the existing architecture
Position Paper, Powerpoint Preparation & Presentation (10%)
  • Write position papers, develop and deliver professional presentations on ad-hoc architecture topics, solution designs, and recurring reporting updates, tailored for technical stakeholders as well senior stakeholders as required.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Self-starter able to work with remote teams located in multiple geographies.
  • Degree holder in IT / Computer Science or equivalent discipline
  • Must be organized, able to work with minimal supervision, flexible to switch between different projects, and manage time well.
  • Over 15 years work experience, with at least 10 years in the IT industry with Infrastructure functions and 5+ years in architecture & design role.
  • Knowledgeable on LAN/WAN design, DevOps, hybrid and public cloud integration.
  • Practical experience in cloud and infrastructure architecture designs with strong technical knowledge in Azure/AWS/GCP/AliCloud within large enterprises, preferably FSI/banking.
  • Relevant Certifications such as TOGAF and Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly desirable
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences including senior management level
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Mandarin/Putonghua is a plus

  • Proven experience in using popular GenAI technologies (e.g. AOAI, Deepseek, Manus AI, Gemini) for insurance transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience in managing offshore delivery centers for strategic transformations.
  • LOMA certification is highly preferred.
  • IT certifications including but not limited to (Gen)AI, TOGAF, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc. are preferred.
  • Excellent communications, presentation and consulting skills.
  • Excelling planning and execution ability at speed.
  • Self-motivated, passionate and proactive to identify and deliver business and technology innovation opportunities. Able to lead and work independently.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and decision making ability based on data insight.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering advanced technologies like GenAI IT for large projects.
  • Fluent in both oral and written communications using Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide sales information to Sales Manager each month to support development of proposed forecast
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plan once proposed forecast is approved
  • Implement product sales strategies to ensure sales goals and targets are achieved.
  • Utilize selling skills to ensure customer needs are met and territory sales targets achieved through regular customer contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business.
  • Attend marketing activities, conferences/health talks/exhibitions/booth and trade displays as required.
  • Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct.
  • Develop and maintain territory and customer records.

Requirements: Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Nutritional Science, Pharmaceutical or related discipline
  • Sales experience in health-care industry preferred
  • Energetic and outgoing character with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset and result-oriented Independent with strong self-initiative
  • A good team player & highly adaptable
  • Good English & fluent Cantonese. Fair Mandarin is preferred
  • More experience candidate will consider the role senior sales representative

Purpose of the Job

Responsibilities

  • Handle assigned accounts in Beer Division and be the primary point of contact
  • Perform sales activities including high volume outlet development, improvement of value per outlets (VPOs) and activation of sales at customer level
  • Build up a strong relationship with customers
  • Achieve business targets in terms of volumes & revenue
  • Assist in promotion activities

Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE or above
