**Responsibilities:**

• Perform and monitor aircraft maintenance operations in line maintenance and other duties.
• Ensure staff observe quality, safety, and airworthiness procedures and regulations.
• Maintain department facilities, equipment, tools, and vehicles.

**Qualifications:**

• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills to supervise mechanics.
• Focus on quality, safety, and airworthiness, with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and business-minded.
• IT knowledge is an advantage.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willing to work out-station or take up riding duties if necessary.
• Proactive, mature, independent, self-motivated, customer-focused, and business-minded.
