The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of developing and expanding a high-performing alternatives platform that's central to the group's growth ambitions. Working closely with senior leadership and investors, you'll:
- Lead origination, structuring, and execution of transactions across private markets and alternative asset classes.
- Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, and strategic partners across Asia and beyond.
- Oversee due diligence, portfolio construction, and performance monitoring.
- Identify emerging opportunities, products, and strategies that align with investor demand and group objectives.
- Represent the business at board and committee level, articulating vision, risk, and results with confidence.
