The Alternative Investments and Managed Solutions (AIMS) business handles sourcing, selection, advisory, marketing, and post-sales management of public and private market funds and investment solutions, including discretionary and advisory portfolio management. This role is based in the AIMS HK Fund Order Handling Desk, responsible for processing fund orders for BOS relationship managers from IAM accounts.

• Respond to IAM inquiries and instructions, providing follow-up. Alert Relationship Managers or relevant parties for special actions.
• Coordinate with product teams, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain controls to ensure compliance with Hong Kong regulatory guidelines and applicable rules:
• Adhere to BOS policies and regulations, including conduct, suitability, cross-border restrictions, and jurisdictional ordinances.
• Follow internal guidelines and maintain data confidentiality.
• Implement new processes effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1 and 7/8 required.
• Experience in banking client service, operations, or sales support.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Alternatives Funds trading workflows; familiarity with private banking products is a plus.
• Understanding of basic financial products and services; credit, sales, and marketing knowledge is preferable.
• Team player, analytical, meticulous, attentive to details and risks.
• Effective communication, client service, and computer skills (MS Office, Excel/Macro).
• Proficient in business English and Chinese, including Mandarin fluency.
