Role Specifications

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Work Experience

  • Up to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Low-Code/No-Code projects (Power Platform preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in process analysis and mapping.

Required Competencies

  • Strong experience in requirement gathering for Power Platform projects.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform solution development lifecycle and methodologies.

  • Coordinate, liaise and review with internal departments for compiling products commission reports
  • Prepare productivity analysis of sales teams
  • Prepare annual budget, quarterly rolling forecast and perform budgetary control
  • Perform analysis on the financial performance of products and customers basis and deliver the reports in timely manner
  • Prepare management presentation materials
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business/ Statistics/ Finance or related discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in sizable commercial corporation.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, proactive, follow-through, independent, good inter-personal / communication skills and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Well versed in MS applications (MS Excel) is a must. Experience in using other software in managing database will be a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
