Principal Responsibilities

To support StarChefs Creation global/China launch, we are recruiting a Global ERP System Analyst to support building seamlessly logistics and warehouse integration in Global, including US, CA, EU and China, Hong Kong and Macau.

The Global ERP System Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end design, integration, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems across multiple regions. This role ensures global consistency in business processes, data integrity, and system efficiency while supporting local compliance and operational requirements in each market.

You will serve as the bridge between business users, IT developers, and regional operations teams — translating business needs into technical solutions that scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Design & Implementation

• Analyze business workflows and define global ERP architecture and modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, HR, etc.).
• Lead system configuration, data mapping, and localization across regions (Asia, Europe, North America).
• Collaborate with vendors and internal developers to deploy, test, and stabilize ERP rollouts.

2. System Integration & Data Management

Qualifications
