Overview
Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst — responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, designers, and information architects to build customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes, and ensuring a positive user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Work closely with stakeholders and designers to create the best user experience and information architectures to build customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes
- Conduct stakeholders/users reviews to validate business objectives and ensure a positive experience of the product and service throughout use
- Be responsible for functional design of the process in the IT solutions, acting as the first point of contact for clarification
- Create high level and detailed functional and non-functional requirements or specifications to capture business needs, rules, and details
- Articulate gaps and issues, provide options and justification with analysis to drive informed decisions
- Be a contributor to the creation of best practices
- Oversea/outdoor may require, including PRC or Asian Pacific regions
- At least 1 year of work experience in IT/mobile application development. Exposure in banking, finance, insurance, or retail will be an advantage
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent business analytics, verbal, and written communication skills
- Passionate about creating experiences and bringing insights to clients through research, analytics, design, and delivery
- Experience in a client-facing position at an agency or consulting firm or equivalent experience in product management
- Practical experience in agile/SCRUM methodologies
For more senior positions: additional experience may include building large-scale digital services, user-centered design, ability to inform and influence managers and peers, advanced writing/communication skills to translate complex end-to-end processes, and leadership of other BAs.
