Responsibilities

• Manage Credit RWA analytics, system calculation, regulatory reporting including Pillar 3 disclosure, under Basel III final reform.
• Responsible for data analytics, risk management reporting and ad-hoc enquiries from regulators.
• Participate in system development projects and co-ordinate change request through the cycles, including providing user requirements, user acceptance test, and specifications updates.
• Liaise with vendors or consultants when taking part in ad-hoc risk projects or regulatory projects.
• Enhance and carry out internal control procedures on data governance and profiling, to meet with BCBS239 requirements.

Requirements

• University graduate in Statistics, Risk Management, Finance, Quantitative Analysis or related discipline
• Proficiency in Excel VBA, SQL and/or related analytic tools such as SAS
• Knowledge of Basel III and other regulatory reporting requirement is an advantage
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• A mature and good team player who can work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Role Overview:

This role leads the full lifecycle of data-driven user growth—from insight to execution. As Growth & Analytics Lead, you'll own the development of dashboards, analyze user behavior patterns, and design systems that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and referral. You’ll operate at the intersection of data, experimentation, and product thinking—translating real-time insights into scalable growth strategies and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards across website, on-chain, social media, and campaign performance.
• Analyze user behavior across liquidity, holdings, task completion, and conversion patterns.
• Design and test growth funnels through platforms, airdrops, and wallet partnerships.
• Implement and operate user growth tools like point systems, referral programs, etc.
• Execute across Zealy, Galxe, TaskOn, and quickly adjust based on market opportunities.
• Optimize paths and reduce drop-off via user segmentation and data feedback loops.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with GA4, Dune Analytics, Subgraphs, SQL, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Web3 user behavior and funnel design.
• Fast learning and execution pace, especially during hype cycles.
• Experience running or designing referral/points-based systems is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with creativity and a bias for experimentation.

• Define the strategy of BI-direction development in the company, develop and implement reporting systems and analytical dashboards for different levels of users (from operational employees to top management).
• Organize processes of data collection, preparation and automation, ensure creation of data aggregates and showcases together with data engineers.
• Build interaction with the development team, product managers, marketing and other departments to harmonize analytical tasks and business goals.
• Present analytics and monitoring results to the company's management and propose effective solutions based on the data.
• Develop a culture of data-driven decision making within the company.
  
  

• 3 years of experience as a BI or product analytics manager (preferably experience in fintech, cryptocurrency products or large technology companies).
• Overall experience of working as an analyst from 5 years.
• Higher technical or economic education (priority to universities: Moscow State University, MIPT, Higher School of Economics, Moscow State Technical University, ITMO, St. Petersburg State University, NSU).
• Excellent command of SQL and confident skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scipy, Matplotlib/Plotly).
• Strong knowledge of one of the popular BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Superset, Looker).
• Understanding of ETL process design principles and experience with data automation.
• Experience building a BI analytics team from the ground up and implementing analytic processes.
• High level of autonomy, proactivity, advanced strategic thinking, strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex findings and recommendations to a diverse group of stakeholders.
  
  

• Interest in data visualization and interface design, familiarity with books by Tufty, Few, Norman.
• Experience in large technology companies (VK, Yandex, Avito, etc.).
• Ability to work without TOR and independently form clear requirements for reports used by a large number of users.
