- 8-10 years in data analytics, with 6-8 years in insurance sector.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale analytics projects.
- Proficient in Python & SQL; knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
- Experience in segmentation, predictive modeling, and analytics strategy.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and driving results.
- Ability to lead projects independently with strong execution focus.

- At least 3 years’ experience in claims processing, management, or technical roles within the insurance industry, particularly in life and health claims.
- Familiarity with fraudulent and wasteful activities within claims, including experience in detection, investigation, and prevention.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to claims management.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics or insurance (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Associate in Claims) can enhance credibility.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with various stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience in developing and executing large scale analytics deliverables / projects in Financial Services Industry
- Proven experience in driving analytics strategy and business results

- Proficiency in Excel VBA, SQL and/or related analytic tools such as SAS
- Knowledge of Basel III and other regulatory reporting requirement is an advantage
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- A mature and good team player who can work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at The Bank of East AsiaResponsibilities
- Manage Credit RWA analytics, system calculation, regulatory reporting including Pillar 3 disclosure, under Basel III final reform.
- Responsible for data analytics, risk management reporting and ad-hoc enquiries from regulators.
- Participate in system development projects and co-ordinate change request through the cycles, including providing user requirements, user acceptance test, and specifications updates.
- Liaise with vendors or consultants when taking part in ad-hoc risk projects or regulatory projects.
- Enhance and carry out internal control procedures on data governance and profiling, to meet with BCBS239 requirements.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage

Job OverviewWe seek a Data Analytics Product Manager to leverage data for business evaluation, user profiling, product optimization, and data utilization.
