Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer and distribution channel data to identify growth opportunities (acquisition, cross-selling, retention, etc.).
  • Partner with business teams to define analytics needs and deliver insights for decision-making.
  • Support marketing campaigns with data-driven targeting, opportunity sizing, and lead generation.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements; explore new techniques for automation and optimization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and customer/agent behavior.
  • Work with IT to ensure secure, scalable, and integrated data solutions.
  • Explore structured/unstructured data to enhance channel analytics and behavioral insights.
  • Develop machine learning models (supervised/unsupervised) to improve analytics effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • 8-10 years in data analytics, with 6-8 years in insurance sector.
  • Hands-on experience in large-scale analytics projects.
  • Proficient in Python & SQL; knowledge of machine learning is a plus.
  • Experience in segmentation, predictive modeling, and analytics strategy.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and driving results.
  • Ability to lead projects independently with strong execution focus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (English & Chinese).

  • At least 3 years’ experience in claims processing, management, or technical roles within the insurance industry, particularly in life and health claims.
  • Familiarity with fraudulent and wasteful activities within claims, including experience in detection, investigation, and prevention.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to claims management.
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics or insurance (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Associate in Claims) can enhance credibility.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with various stakeholders.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in data analytics, with a minimum 3 years of experience in insurance industry
  • Hands-on experience in machine learning & advanced analytics
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing large scale analytics deliverables / projects in Financial Services Industry
  • Proven experience in driving analytics strategy and business results
  • Ability to build strong stakeholders' relationships through thorough understanding of business requirements and the ability to analyze issues to find effective solutions
  • Knowledge in data infrastructure and experience in vendor management
  • Solid experience in Python & SQL is a must
  • Experience in PowerBI is a plus

Requirements

  • University graduate in Statistics, Risk Management, Finance, Quantitative Analysis or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA, SQL and/or related analytic tools such as SAS
  • Knowledge of Basel III and other regulatory reporting requirement is an advantage
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • A mature and good team player who can work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proven competence in data processing of huge volume of data by SAS and use of different office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • A mature self-starter with strong drive, solid analytic mind, remarkable problem-solving skills and good soft skills, including interpersonal, negotiation and project management
  • Open-minded and receptive to different new ideas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage

Job Overview

We seek a Data Analytics Product Manager to leverage data for business evaluation, user profiling, product optimization, and data utilization. You will collaborate with blockchain engineers, data warehouse developers, and product teams to develop data tracking solutions, dashboards, reports, and insights to support growth and iteration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and execute the data analytics roadmap to improve data utilization and enhance product experience.
  2. Use analytics to evaluate business performance, develop user profiles, and inform decision-making.
  3. Design and implement event tracking for accurate data collection.
  4. Create real-time business dashboards for key metrics.
  5. Generate analytical reports to support executive decisions.
  6. Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement data solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years in data analytics, product management, or BI.

  • Experience with BI tools like Amplitude, Tableau.
  • Understanding of DEX mechanisms, AMMs, and order book models.
