Responsibilities :

• Produce high quality animations under the supervision of our Art Director
• Work in a highly collaborative environment to fully realize our characters and environments through movement
• Create characters and creatures animations and some environment/props animations
• Ensure the quality of your delivery is up to the standards set by the team and follow technical guidelines
• Assist Art Director in directing motion capture shoots
• Edit and clean up motion capture data
• Work with art and code team members to setup and improve character animations in Unreal engine, such as mesh deformation, facial animation, cloth and hair dynamics
• Establish core and secondary functionality of a game's characters

Essential Skills and Experience :

• Proficient in animation software such as 3D Studio Max, Maya, or Blender
• Experience with Unreal engine
• Knowledge of rigging and skinning
• Knowledge of anatomy, biology, layout design, texturing, and asset production
• Good understanding of game development processes
• Self-motivation with the highest attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for video motion graphic, video shooting and editing, photo shooting, photo retouching and audio editing
• Adhering to corporate style guidelines, branding, as well as production standards
• Develop creative layouts, artwork and video editing in various social media platforms and online campaigns
• Working closely with the team and different parties
• Handle ad hoc assignments or projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, visual art, commercial art and/or related fields
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in multimedia design
• Strong competency in Experience in performing video /photo shooting & editing in different social media, is an advantage
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and strong knowledge in print production
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, independent and self-motivated
• Willing to learn, responsible and creative
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Work as a part of a dynamic team as well as independently

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver excellence in the following areas:

1. Premium 3D Asset Creation:
   Produce photorealistic
   3D visuals, animation, and motion graphics
   for apparel and product lines using industry-standard tools (e.g.,
   Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Substance, After Effects
   ).
2. Visual Story Development:
   Develop compelling storyboards and engaging visual presentations to communicate complex creative concepts internally and externally.
3. Digital Asset Management:
   Build and meticulously maintain a 3D asset library, ensuring technical precision in
   UV mapping, texturing, rigging, and final rendering
   .
4. Technological Foresight:
   Conduct research into emerging
   3D design, Virtual Try-On (VTO), and AI visualisation trends
   , providing strategic, actionable insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   Partner effectively with global marketing, product development, and e-commerce teams to ensure digital experiences are brand-consistent and impactful.
6. AI Workflow Integration:
   Leverage AI-driven tools (
   Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Comfy UI, or similar
   ) to significantly enhance and streamline 3D content creation and production workflows.
7. Quality & Project Management:
   Efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects, adhering strictly to creative briefs, quality standards, and established deadlines.

Your Profile

We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical foundation and a refined creative sensibility:

• Education & Experience:
  A Degree in Creative Media, Multimedia, or a relevant discipline, coupled with
  2–4 years' demonstrable experience
  in 3D/digital production, ideally within the
  fashion, lifestyle, or high-end consumer goods
  sector.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Expert level proficiency in at least one primary 3D package (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender) and complementary software such as
  After Effects and Adobe Substance Suite
  .
• AI Familiarity:
  Practical knowledge and demonstrable interest in applying generative AI tools to creative projects.
• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulous, highly organised, and self-motivated, with excellent creative problem-solving skills.
• Communication:
  Exceptional command of both spoken and written English
