Role Purpose:

As an Application Analyst, you are part of the O+O Store and Promotion Technology team. You will be responsible for revamp and support for our key O+O applications among various business units globally and enabling business initiatives and smooth interaction with our key international suppliers.

This role focuses on:

  • Working with Group Core System team in system design, business operations, and other relevant user departments in operation flow, data flow, training and control processes.
  • Provide guidance and resolution on wide range of technical and non-technical issues covering all the Promotion Execution/Calculation related applications running in the backend.
  • Consulting and cooperating with Group IT Asia and European teammates.
  • Interacting closely with your stakeholders within Business Units in Asia.
  • Manage changes per new application releases, including but not limited to on documentation for changes in functionalities, user manuals, etc.

About your role

The candidate will belongs to Trading and Fixed Income Technology team in Hong Kong and work with London to support the core fixed income and trading applications.   • Create, manage, and execute test cases; track issues diligently and facilitate their resolution.
  • Provide proactive updates and insights on project progress and QA activities to the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or related fields.
  • Innovative, open-minded, and eager to tackle complex challenges.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation.
  • Proven experience in crafting user stories, test cases, and conducting QA activities.
  • Familiarity with E-form systems, MS Power Platform, SharePoint, JIRA, and basic SQL/coding knowledge.
  • Experience managing digital transformation projects/ project delivery/system revamp projects.
  • Passionate about solving problems and delivering value through effective communication.
  • More experienced candidates seeking a senior BA/QA role are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
