What You'll Bring

• 10+ years in application engineering/solution delivery with 4+ years leading teams or multi-vendor squads.
• Insurance domain experience is must (life/health/general)—delivering one or more of: policy admin, claims, underwriting, billing/collections, distribution portals, CRM.
• Strong command of Agile/SDLC and DevOps (e.g., Azure DevOps/GitHub/Jenkins; CI/CD, test automation, release orchestration).
• Solution design skills spanning APIs (REST/GraphQL), microservices, integration and data flows; secure-by-design mindset.
• Practical cloud exposure (preferably Azure; AWS/GCP also welcome) and modern web/mobile stacks (e.g., .NET/C#, Java, , React/Angular/Vue).
• Solid database know-how (Oracle, SQL Server, Azure SQL); performance and resilience tuning experience.
• Proven vendor and stakeholder management; comfortable leading onshore/offshore teams and managing SLAs.
• Track record in production management (incidents, root cause, preventative improvements).
