About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Executive (Marketing Projects) to join our client's dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and delivering a variety of Marketing projects that are strategically important to our firm. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth within our fast-paced, innovative company.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Online to Offline projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and external vendors, to define project requirements, plan and execute project activities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, managing and optimizing the performance of each stage of the project lifecycle
- Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience experience in digital marketing, mobile apps, events, exhibitions, or related industries MUST
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Experience in digital, interactive technology, and innovative user experiences is preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passionate about technology and committed to continuous learning and improvement
