Job Summary:

We are looking for an Architectural Designer with a robust technical background, ideally in architecture, complemented by exposure to interior design. This role is essential in bridging our design efforts and enhancing our team’s capabilities in delivering exceptional residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine innovative design concepts for residential projects.
  • Efficiently collate and review drawing packages, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
  • Provide strong expertise in spatial design and interior architectural detailing to transform design ideas into high-quality technical solutions.
  • Lead various project phases, from conceptual development to execution, while liaising with stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure design integrity throughout the construction process.

Job Description

Join to apply for the Senior Architectural Designer (Contract) role at Hong Kong Disneyland .

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate users’ requirements, external consultants’ input, and in-house design efforts for Mechanical, Electrical, and architectural plans.
  2. Ensure design solutions meet project planning requirements, suit existing site conditions, and comply with in-house standards.
  3. Deliver comprehensive design packages from inception to construction detailing.
  4. Source suitable materials to meet the design intent.
  5. Review and approve contractual submittals.
  6. Provide technical support to other facility services departments and Walt Disney Imagineering.
  7. Conduct research and development on building materials, products, and systems.
