Role Overview
As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing the technical architecture of our agentic AI & digital human solutions, which are deployed across kiosks, web, and mobile applications. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Technical Architecture & AI/Cloud Innovation

• Act as the "glue" between AI researchers, DevOps engineers, and product/ project managers to resolve bottlenecks (e.g., latency in real-time AI inference).
• Govern cloud infrastructure spend (AWS/Azure) and enforce IaC best practices (Terraform).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless, automated deployments.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes and ArgoCD, supporting large-scale, high-availability deployments (50+ container environments
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations (e.g., GDPR for EU deployments, data residency in new markets).

Scaling for Growth

• Architect solutions that scale across regions (e.g., hybrid cloud setups for low-latency kiosk interactions).
• Design team structures and processes (Agile/DevOps) to support rapid product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software/cloud engineering, 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
• Expertise in AWS/Azure (multi-account strategies, Kubernetes clusters, serverless architectures).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML deployment (model serving, MLOps, GPU optimization).
• Able to translate business goals into technical execution (e.g., reducing cloud costs by 30% while scaling AI workloads).
• Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect Pro, Kubernetes, or AI/ML certifications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is highly preferable.
