Responsibilities

• Review portfolio retail KPIs, shop profitability, merchandise performance, staff productivity to achieve high shop productivity.
• Drive the entire Retail Operations team including Shop-in-charge to achieve business goals in terms of sales and operations efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence and deploy best practices across all operational aspects to meet business targets as well as customer satisfaction.
• Manage quality service standards and transform customer requirements into strategies and processes.
• Build and sustain retail staff morale in their respective stores.  Create a positive environment or teamwork and loyalty to the business as well as a sales-oriented culture in each shop.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the entire Park's security force. He/she will assist in the establishment of security policies and procedures and is directly responsible for their enforcement.
