Job Description
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research on cryptocurrencies, blockchain protocols, and tokenomics.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors affecting the virtual asset space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop investment strategies and identify new opportunities in the virtual asset ecosystem.
- Serve as a member of the Investment Committee , contributing to portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management decisions.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation for the firm’s virtual asset license application (Type 4 & 9).
- Maintain and update internal investment models, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including fund administrators, auditors, and regulators, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in financial institutions (e.g., banks, brokerages, asset managers).
- Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience in virtual asset investment or portfolio management (required).
- Current License Holder for SFC Type 4,9 restricted activities (with VA experience).
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and digital asset valuation methodologies.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong’s regulatory framework for virtual assets (SFC guidelines).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

As an Investment Operations Associate, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of experts to manage investment trade activities and support new business development. As an Investment Operations Associate within Asset Management Operations Middle Office team, you will oversee the Investment Book of Record, ensuring accuracy and timely escalation of discrepancies. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to design and drive comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements. Your role is crucial in supporting the development of new products and operating models, while ensuring compliance with market and regulatory changes.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the Investment Book of Record to ensure any securities, derivatives and cash position discrepancies are identified and escalated to the Portfolio Managers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with various stakeholders (portfolio managers, trading desk, business management, compliance, controls, risk, client service, operations, internal and external service providers) to design and drive comprehensive solutions that meet business requirements
- Partner with Client Onboarding Management teams to set up new products and design new operating models
- Oversee offshored and outsourced activity whilst ensuring performance and service levels are met
- Keep informed of market and regulatory changes impacting the businesses and ensure processes/controls are in place to support changes
- Manage projects and initiatives, such as process improvement, business model changes, system implementation, new product or new market initiatives rollouts, and other ad hoc projects
- Ensure that a highly robust first line control framework is put in place to avoid and mitigate trading and settlement risks
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or related disciplines
- At least of 5 years of relevant experience in Middle Office and/or Investment Operations related roles
- Exceptional expertise in the investment market and familiarity of cross asset expertise in the Derivatives market, with a strong understanding of the evolving market structure and regulatory environment
- Solid derivatives product knowledge of equity and fixed income related derivatives, including but not limited to Options, Forward, IRS, CDX, CDS, CFD
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and hybrid environment, a “can do” attitude and the willingness to learn new applications in an ever-changing environment
- A strong team player, passionate, detail-minded and keen to develop career in asset management industry
- Prior experience in Asset Management firm will be beneficial
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Hold Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is an advantage

Join J.P. Morgan Asset Management as Executive Assistant where you'll be responsible for providing support to the Head of Korea and immediate team. This can sometimes extend more broadly as required.
As an Executive Assistant within the Asset Management business, you will be responsible for managing your stakeholder diary and everyday needs, effectively and proactively prioritizing to ensure the team is able to seamlessly serve the needs of their clients. You will require minimal direction whilst utilizing your strong attention to detail to navigate the support for the group. You’ll be reliable and motivated, whilst demonstrating a high level of teamwork and flexibility, together with your strong problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and EQ.
You will be a strong communicator across both written and verbal skills. You will be managing a multitude of responsibilities, people and timeframes, whilst being adept across systems, policies and procedures, in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain complex and detailed diaries across multiple time zones
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and manage the coordination and logistics of all meetings
- Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel, whilst maintaining T&E policies
- Process invoices and T&E expense claims for team members. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures
- Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance of any issues or delays
- Work cooperatively with other Executive Assistants across the group, in positive partnership to support each other to work as a team
- Lead and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested
- Coordinate events
- Minimum 8 years working as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent)
- Advanced ability to organize
- Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
- Business/Secretarial College diploma or equivalent

Location: Remote or On-Site | Multiple Openings
We are seeking highly motivated and intellectually curious individuals to join our Asset Management team as Research Analysts . If you have a passion for markets, investment research, and data-driven decision-making, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct fundamental and/or quantitative research across asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives, etc.)
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company financials
- Assist in building investment models, forecasts, and valuation analyses
- Prepare research reports and present findings to portfolio managers and investment committees
- Monitor existing investments and update investment theses as needed
- Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, risk teams, and operations
- 1–3 years of experience in investment research, equity research, asset management, or related fields (strong graduates also considered)
- Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and market dynamics
- Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Python or Bloomberg a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; CFA candidate or holder is a plus
- Work closely with experienced investment professionals
- Exposure to real investment decision-making processes
- Flat team structure with room for ideas and ownership

What you need to do:
- Manage the debt collection team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Design and implement digitalized notification measures for delinquent accounts and problematic clients.
- Handle debt collector case assignments, legal proceedings, and recovery management processes.
- Collaborate with outside collection agencies (OCAs) to streamline debt recovery efforts.
- Review and analyze loan quality, providing detailed reports to the management team.
- Develop loan restructuring proposals and assess the credit risk associated with problematic accounts.
- Assist in inspections and monitor the sale of collateral assets to optimize recovery strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the financing field
- Degree or above in Credit Risk Management, Statistics or related disciplines
- Knowledge in freight and logistics practices would be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent and detail-minded
- Proactive, innovative, and a good team player and leader
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Able to work independently and manage a team
- Willing to travel
- Immediate availability is a plus

- 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
- CFA and FRM exam passed preferred; ESG related tests passed preferred.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hardworking with a “start-up” mentality. Continual learning is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
