You are required to report to Manager and provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings.
Responsibilities:
• To oversee the operation of property management, technical, security teams and carpark
• To maintain good relationship with occupants by rendering prompt service at all times
• To handle complaints and emergency incidents
• To supervise an on-site team to oversee the day-to-day operation and to comply with the Company's policies and requirements
• To review service contracts regularly and monitor the quality of service contractors
• To develop improvement plans for standard procedures, control measures and environmental friendly measures
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
• Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSA is preferred
• Experience in residential building with carpark will be definitely an advantage
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 3 years must be at supervisory level
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients and occupants independently
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong in report writing
• Familiar with DMC, BMO and tenancy management
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Senior Property Officer
