This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting our human resources and administrative functions of head office, and support our network of 19 clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job advertisements and screening resumes to scheduling interviews;
- Administer compensation & benefits, payroll, and maintain accurate leave and attendance records;
- Maintain the HRIS, ensuring all employee records and the candidate database are accurate and up-to-date;
- Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Administration & Secretarial Support
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Board of Directors, including preparing materials and coordinating board meetings;
- Manage the full spectrum of office administration, including maintenance of equipment and facilities, inventory of stationery, housekeeping, and renewal of insurance and licenses;
- Provide logistical support for organizational functions, events, and activities.

We Are Looking For:
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations;
- A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in office administration and HR;
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Chinese word processing, and HRIS systems;
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized team player with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and helpful attitude;
- A high sense of discretion and confidentiality is essential;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
