About the job:
- Analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops
- Process and design technical and business requirements
- Parameterise software/systems, including business modules
- Document the project into systems and processes for management review
- Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
- Bachelor in Business, Computing, Engineering or Science
- Knowledge of one or multiple programming languages (Python, HTML, C++, Java)
- Internship experience in the banking, technology and/or consulting industry will be an advantage
- Understanding of SDLC will be an advantage
- Capable of applying technology principles to business
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
- Good presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Impact
- Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for large regional and global clients by working with technology and data
- Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
- Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to generate marketing strategies and insights, and prepare presentations
- Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
- Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to build the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
- Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants
Qualifications
Basic qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in marketing and campaign projects focused on one or more of the following fields: marketing content, digital and social media campaigns, digital customer experience, digital marketing, end-to-end product launch, ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystems, offline marketing activities/campaigns, media management and planning, direct response marketing
- Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
- Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, and vendors
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Cantonese
- Eligibility to work in Hong Kong
Preferred qualifications
- Additional marketing experience in one or more of the following fields: marketing and campaign experience from agency environment, search engine optimization and search engine marketing, video making (e.g., scripting, storyboard, and content), marketing content, usability labs and experience research, print production management
- Global supply chain management (GSM), including sourcing new suppliers and assessing third party production vendors
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience developing and implementing solutions and measuring impact on clients' business
- Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
- Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
- Relevant industry expertise and/or experience in product, sales, or marketing technology

We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as an Associate HR Consultant. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will work closely with clients to identify top-tier executive talent for a wide range of industries.
As a Associate HR Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, researching potential candidates, and helping our clients find the right leaders to drive their businesses forward.

- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their executive hiring needs and company culture.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking, to find suitable candidates for mid to senior level roles.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines: Establish and grow a network of top talent, both active and passive candidates, ensuring a strong pool of potential hires.
- Facilitate successful negotiations: Act as a bridge between clients and candidates, guiding constructive negotiations to create outcomes that benefit both parties.
What we are looking for:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduates with 0-3 years of working experience are welcomed!
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
