Responsibilities
Preparing professional valuations on different types of assets and liabilities for various purposes such as financial reporting, transaction, litigation, financing;
Providing second opinions and independent professional review on valuation reports prepared by third-party professionals;
Providing valuation support to other services lines, such as audit, corporate finance, financial and operational due diligence, litigation support, corporate governance and ESG reporting.
Requirements
1-year+ hands-on experience in business valuation, intangible assets valuation and/or property valuations;
Professional qualifications such as CFA Charter, FRM Charter, MRICS and MHKIS are preferred;
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
Knowledge in data analysis and programming languages such as VBA, Python, R is a plus; and
The final position offered will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate.
