What you'll be doing?
- Manage the food safety and hygiene and quality control aspects of the Production Department to achieve quality performance targets;
- Manage and review or upgrade quality and hygiene system, e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, and related Quality and Food Safety standards;
- Sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products;
- Monitor the handling of customer inquiries and complaints, assist in follow up the quality complaint if required;
- Assist in providing training programs to staff about hygiene, food safety, and work safety;
- Assist in regular in-house hygiene audit;
- Handle other ad hoc project as assigned.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor Degree or above in Food and Nutrition or related disciplines;

- Administer and maintain the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) for document control, training, CAPAs, deviations, and change control

- Perform data analyses, prepare quality trend/metrics, and report results to interested internal parties
- Participate in the qualification, monitoring, and auditing of vendors and contract manufacturing/analytical organizations
