- Understand the industry trends and Operations business in depth with experience in Buy, Service, Claims and Contact Center processes in insurance Operations. Define the roadmap of the Operations Platform solutions and continuously improve and evolve our technical foundation and features towards the target state.
- Able to identify strategic, innovative and sustainable technology solutions in addressing business challenges proactively. Able to understand and translate complex requirements into technology solution and business outcome.
- Able to articulate complex technologies with storytelling using simple language. Build trusted relationship with business stakeholders and manage their expectation.
- Lead and manage teams to support mission critical BAU applications for Operations and meeting the KPIs and SLAs. Manage the availability and performance of Operations Platforms to achieve defined KPIs and deliver necessary analytics and monitoring dashboard for management.
- Collaborate with different TDA enabling functions including Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Process & Control, Technology Risk, etc. to deliver robust and programmatic TDA solutions for business.
- Ensure all technology deliverables are sustainable and maintained in high standard and comply with AIA Security and other standards.
- Minimum Bachelor degree preferably with Master degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Data Science.
- 8+ years experience in large IT organizations, with 3+ years acting at the capacity of Technology / Delivery Lead with proven track records in Mainland China Top Insurers.
- Demonstrated experience in insurance Operations transformations covering Buy, Service, Claims and Contact Center areas.
- Proven experience in using popular GenAI technologies (e.g. AOAI, Deepseek, Manus AI, Gemini) for insurance transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing offshore delivery centers for strategic transformations.
- LOMA certification is highly preferred.
- IT certifications including but not limited to (Gen)AI, TOGAF, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc. are preferred.
- Excellent communications, presentation and consulting skills.
- Excelling planning and execution ability at speed.
- Self-motivated, passionate and proactive to identify and deliver business and technology innovation opportunities. Able to lead and work independently.

- Proven experience in managing offshore delivery centers for strategic transformations.
- LOMA certification is highly preferred.
- IT certifications including but not limited to (Gen)AI, TOGAF, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, etc. are preferred.
- Excellent communications, presentation and consulting skills.
- Excelling planning and execution ability at speed.
- Self-motivated, passionate and proactive to identify and deliver business and technology innovation opportunities. Able to lead and work independently.
- Excellent problem solving skills and decision making ability based on data insight.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in delivering advanced technologies like GenAI IT for large projects.
- Fluent in both oral and written communications using Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
