Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to daily operations of company secretary team, included but not limited to, issue invoice, pay expenses, and process reimbursements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the senior management of the group.
  • Collect and analyze information according to instructions.
  • Assist in the preparation and timely submission of corporate documentation, other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain records and documents filings.
  • Back-up support between team members on any ad-hoc matters.

Requirements:

  • Holder of bachelor degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in company secretarial practice is an advantage.
  • Fresh grade is welcome.
  • Proficient in computer knowledge including MS office and Chinese word processing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
