Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to daily operations of company secretary team, included but not limited to, issue invoice, pay expenses, and process reimbursements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the senior management of the group.
- Collect and analyze information according to instructions.
- Assist in the preparation and timely submission of corporate documentation, other administrative tasks.
- Maintain records and documents filings.
- Back-up support between team members on any ad-hoc matters.
Requirements:
- Holder of bachelor degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or a related field.
- Relevant experience in company secretarial practice is an advantage.
- Fresh grade is welcome.
- Proficient in computer knowledge including MS office and Chinese word processing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferable.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
