Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination. Handle correspondence and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
* Human Resources: Assist with recruitment (job ads, resume screening, interviews), onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.
* Accounting Assistant: Help with basic bookkeeping using SAP, including accounts payable, receivables, and processing invoices. No accounting qualification is required.
* Client & Sales Support: Communicate with Hong Kong and Macau clients in Cantonese, and assist the sales team with printing, binding, and mailing contract documents.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree.
* Proven experience in an administrative, accounting, or HR role.
* Fluency in Cantonese, Japanese, and Mandarin is required.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
