1. Manage and oversee all bank account operations, including account openings/closures, regular KYC, compliance certificate, audit confirmation.

2. Handle daily foreign exchange requirements and evaluate bank products to mitigate FX risks effectively.

3. Coordinate and monitor secondary market settlements for listed stocks and bonds.

4. Support in managing the renewal of intercompany loans and maintain accurate internal records.

5. Assist in the execution of various investment, divestment, and financing projects.

6. Contribute to drafting bond investor newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.

7. Participate in the enhancement and automation of fund systematization processes.

8. Assist to maintain the relationship with banks and other institutions.

9. Complete the tasks assigned by the leader of Treasury Department and coordination with other departments.

1. Basic conditions (education background, professional title, work experience)

Bachelor degree or above in finance, financial management or accounting or other economic related majors; 1~2 years working experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome) in accounting firm, bank or large multinational company;

2. Basic ability (professional ability, writing ability, communication ability)

Familiar with capital operation and management mode of large group;

Familiar with credit management process of financial institutions;

Strong financial analysis ability and accounting basis;

3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;

4. Possesses strong analytical, learning, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

5. Demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, multitasking abilities, and thrives under pressure.

Our Middle and Back office team are focusing on designing and implementing systems for user management, fund management, risk management, data management, security, compliance features and reward, yielding features for user growth within our exchange platform. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless user experiences, fine-grained risk management, robust security measures, compliance with regulations, and optimizing user engagement.

The exchange team develops and maintain a cutting-edge trading platform. With a global presence across APAC, EMEA and North America, the team has since grown with the goal to provide a seamless and secure trading experience for our clients.

Our Middle and Back office team are focusing on designing and implementing systems for user management, fund management, risk management, data management, security, compliance features and reward, yielding features for user growth within our exchange platform. Responsibilities include ensuring seamless user experiences, fine-grained risk management, robust security measures, compliance with regulations, and optimizing user engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Python-based backend services to serve real-time and batch risk data at scale
  • Build analytics pipelines / dashboards / report using pandas, matplotlib, and plotly for internal stakeholders
  • Integrate with data systems such as PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, Redis, and manage workflows via Airflow
  • Work closely with the product management team and the global developers
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to continuously upgrade and improve the technology stack
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Python: In-depth knowledge of Python syntax, libraries(e.g., pandas, numpy, plotly), and frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI, Dash)
  • Expertise in SQL: Solid understanding of relational database concepts, SQL querying, and database optimization techniques
  • Must have: Python, pandas, matplotlib, plotly, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Airflow
  • Nice to have: ClickHouse, Java, Kubernetes/DockerPreferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto market, with collaboration experience with global teams
  • Adapt and understand TDD methodology, experience on doing automated testing
  • Strong desire for doing things better and faster, attention to detail and holding strong responsibility to his/her tasks

Job Description:

  • Ensure satisfactory housekeeping and hygiene standards of meeting rooms, pantries, public common areas in the offices. Stocktaking and Replenishment of office supplies (e.g. stationeries, pantry items, fruits & coffee beans delivery)
  • Greet with visitors, clients, and staff, and provide beverages
  • Internal mail distribution, arrange postage and courier including ad hoc courier to external venues e.g. hotel, banks, HKSAR offices, etc.
  • Provide onsite support in company events such as arranging food & beverage orders and venue set up.
  • Liaise with technicians and cleaners in the office to ensure proper services are delivered.
  • Support reception areas as backup and other administrative duties when needed

Preferred Skills / Compétences Particulières

  • Elementary level of English-speaking competency
  • Facilities management knowledge will be an advantage
  • F.5 or above with at least 5+ relevant job experience
  • Experience of working in sizable companies e.g. MNC, and client facing jobs will be a plus.

  • Collect and deliver documents, packages and other items between offices and departments travelling by foot or public conveyance
  • Sort items to be delivered according to the delivery route
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering goods
  • Data entry on incoming and outgoing postage / courier items
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to departments
  • Collect, seal and stamp outgoing mail and deliver mail to the Post Office daily
  • Special duty / ad-hoc logistic tasks during Forum or office event
  • Collect / deliver physical shares to / from CCASS & Computershare
  • Scan Account Opening Document to DMS
  • Operate office equipment and facilities, i.e. photocopying, binding
  • Miscellaneous work, i.e. duplicate keys, conduct monthly water testing, conduct quarterly temperature reading
  • Assist with relocation project, i.e. move of personal belongings / furniture, clean up, etc
  • Daily meeting room set up & reinstating
  • Assist with packing / logistics of year calendar / Fung Shui book / plush toy / CLSA shop order
  • Regular monitoring on office supplies and place order when necessary, i.e. printing paper, paper towel, tissue paper, liquid soap, alcohol, etc
  • Regular sanitization of public area, refill of hand sanitizers
  • Backup Tea Lady

Requirements

  • Assigned job to be completed successfully on time
