Our Enterprise Transformation team integrate strategy, process, people, technology, and data into a comprehensive transformation journey for our clients, spanning from vision to digital core, and from transformation to asset-driven consulting.

As Capgemini Invent is growing in the Southeast Asia region, we are seeking to hire an Consultant to enable the transformation and performance improvement of businesses by identifying FS clients’ needs and recommending intelligent, digital solutions. With a focus on structured analysis and visualization of an enterprise’s current and future state, you will ensure the delivery of quality, accurate, and valuable solutions to clients.

What you’ll do:

We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Financial Services business unit in Hong Kong to provide strategic and operational advisory for our clients.

Position overview:

As a Senior Consultant, you will help to build our expertise and guarantee the quality of delivery to ensure market-leading practices for our Hong Kong office. Given the global nature of our firm, you will support clients from all around the world, typically focusing on Insurance, Financial Markets, Private Banking and Asset & Wealth Management.

You’ll also work with Sia consultants from other offices to leverage on our global network and help clients deliver successful projects.

This will involve:

  • Participation in projects with leading banks and Financial Institutions.
  • Typically work with a team of 2-5 consultants.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading DevOps activities and mentoring team members.
  2. Implementing DevOps tools and techniques aligned with company strategy.
  3. Managing code deployments, fixes, updates, and related processes.
  4. Owning uptime of all production environments, managing maintenance windows, and troubleshooting issues.
  5. Implementing automated failover, backups, and recovery strategies.
  6. Updating and designing processes based on DevOps best practices.
  7. Coordinating with development leads and managers for implementation and issue resolution.

Requirements include 3-5 years of DevOps/Linux experience, proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, source control tools like Git, scripting languages such as Python or Perl, experience with Linux and Windows servers, expertise in cloud environments like AWS or Aliyun, and knowledge of databases such as MySQL or NoSQL. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

The role is based in Shenzhen/Hong Kong, full-time, at a mid-senior level, in the engineering and IT function.

Who are we looking for?

We’re currently working on a full-time assignment with an investment bank and we’re interested in hearing from mid to senior level Japanese speaking funds/financial services lawyers available at short notice to join us to commence their LOD journey straightaway.

To join us, you will have the following attributes:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with reputable law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience
  • Experienced in funds/asset management and/or financial services regulatory matters
  • Familiar with financial services regulations in Japan
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Currently living in Hong Kong/Singapore and is available to start assignments at short notice

You will have a hands-on, can-do approach, be able to use your initiative and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves.

What you’ll be working on:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and executing marketing campaigns, with expertise in content writing and social media management. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing marketing promotional campaigns to effectively promote our brands in the financial sector.
  • Writing and editing high-quality content for websites and marketing materials, including campaign flow and messaging.
  • Building landing pages and websites to support campaign initiatives.
  • Liaising with various teams, including product, IT, and design, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Creating and scheduling engaging social media posts across multiple platforms.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing insights for optimization.
  • Managing and growing our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the financial industry.
