Fixed Income ETP Trading : Candidates joining the Fixed Income ETP Trading desk are engaged in market making and primary creation/redemption in ETPs with investment strategies primarily focused on Fixed Income securities and derivatives. The desk provides liquidity to clients through a diverse suite of products and works closely with teams trading portfolios of fixed income securities, total return swaps on fixed income indices and both bond and index futures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage FICC & Equities Franchise to grow revenues and expand the firm's market share in Fixed Income ETPs, particularly in ETPs locally listed in APAC
- Risk management of locally-listed as well as US and EMEA FI ETF Trading positions across books
- Pricing of ETPs with Fixed Income underlying across a variety of exchanges, market venues and investment strategies
- Execution of ETP creation and redemption, building ETP issuer relationships and leveraging security inventory across Global Markets
- Build up a deep understanding across asset classes and the drivers of profitability and the levers available for maximizing returns
- Work closely with Strats, Sales, Structurers, Technology, Risk, Legal and Compliance, and Federation teams on enhancing the infrastructure and processes that support trade flow, risk management and book optimization
Develop an understanding of local market regulations and the legal underpinnings of the ETPs that we trade
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
